Meet Christopher Savage

We were lucky to catch up with Christopher Savage recently and have shared our conversation below.

Christopher, first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

We defuse imposter syndrome by reminding everyone it’s normal, grounding ourselves in project metrics, pairing teammates for constant support, spotlighting wins, leading with vulnerability, and funding ongoing training, turning self-doubt into growth fuel.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m the visionary founder of Savage Global Marketing and the driving force behind the success of over 560 companies. Over the last decade, my passion for creative advertising strategies and methods has helped businesses of all sizes – from small start-ups to Fortune 500 giants like Coinbase, The Carlyle Group, and the original creators of Garage Band for Apple – save time and money while experiencing exponential growth.

My marketing journey began during the Myspace era when I first dipped my toes into the world of SEO. Since then, I’ve been relentlessly focused on creating immersive, surround-sound advertising experiences that make brands thrive in our fast-paced, hyper-connected world. By utilizing a wide array of ad channels, crafting compelling video creatives, and weaving powerful messaging that resonates with your target audience, we consistently exceed expectations and deliver jaw-dropping results that turn heads.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Soft skills, sales, and being able to manage your finances like a CFO
