Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ciara Rubin. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Ciara , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I’m confident because I trust myself, and my intuition. I’ve spent years facing my demons and doing shadow work, so that I can become someone who I genuinely trust and love. I still have plenty of dysfunctional behaviors, negative thoughts, and anxieties, but I’m committed to consistently being honest with myself about those things, and either accepting or changing myself into my best version. Because I know that I walk my talk, I’m confident AF.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I work with empaths and entrepreneurs to help them trust themselves enough to take the risks necessary to become all they are meant to be in this life. None of the women I work with are here to play small, they have queen energy and just need a little help facilitating the emergence of that power. It’s so exciting, because I believe that deep down all women can sense how powerful they are, and they just need a little magic to feel safe to let it all the way out.
Right now, I’m really excited about my new offering, Feminine Power-UP. This is a digital mini course that helps women go from feeling frustrated and tired on the reg, burning out, and being reactive with their loved ones to being more responsive, feeling centered, and having all the time and energy, they need to accomplish their big goals with ease.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Spirituality. My connection with my intuition, and the universe has been absolutely everything. My faith that I live in a supportive universe has gotten me through the hardest of times, and has made the process of having a business super magical.
2. Organization. I have a Virgo moon y’all, don’t hate! I love lists, color coding, spreadsheets, oh, I’m getting hot! Lol organizational skills are everything to keeping on track and not feeling anxious trying to keep your to do list in your head all the time. If you don’t have the skill naturally, you best watch some YouTube videos and cultivate it! It can be done!
3. Student/Beginner mindset. No matter how much I learn, or how much I expand my consciousness, I always stay humble and open myself up to being teachable. I am not a guru. I’m a leader, simply because I lead myself through the hard stuff, and stay open to the learning curves that come along with grabbing ahold of my next level of success.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I would love to collaborate on events, record podcast episodes, videos, all the things! I’m looking for women who are spiritual and looking to be a bridge for consciousness with a dash of spice, for spirituality seeking women and humanity at large. I want to collaborate with intelligent, intuitive women who genuinely celebrate each other; and are looking to promote themselves and their friends!
I believe in collaboration over competition always! I used to really struggle with imposter syndrome, and comparing myself to other people, and the more I’ve come to love myself, and into my power, the less those things bother me.
