Meet Claire Campagna

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Claire Campagna. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Claire, so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

As I reflect on my journey, it’s interesting that I really only felt imposter syndrome once I decided to leave the corporate world and forge my own career path. In my corporate role, I had a respectable degree, praise from colleagues & management, and awards recognizing my achievements. I didn’t question my ability to be successful because I felt like I had all the traditional markers of it.

But transitioning into coaching about Human Design, astrology, and self-discovery was a different story. This was new & far outside of the corporate realm, where I felt I had already “proven” myself. Even though I had researched these topics extensively for years, I lacked formal training and knew there were many people in these fields with far more experience and knowledge. As I began to build my business and leaving my corporate job started to feel more real, I found myself grappling with imposter syndrome more frequently.

Part of me felt I could never know enough to actually attract clients, while another part of me didn’t even feel a desire to dive into the depth of knowledge (like the nuances of degree theory, progressed charts, and predictive transits, etc.) that some established practitioners had. I constantly questioned whether I’d ever be respected, or even “good enough”, to call myself an astrologer without that level of expertise.

When I finally left the corporate world and surrounded myself with friends and peers who genuinely valued what I was doing, trusting in my own unique insights became easier. During my first year of entrepreneurship, I nearly burned myself out trying to cater to everyone’s niche interests in astrology and Human Design. I was creating 20+ page customized write-ups for every single client to make sure they felt like they got a solid return on their investment. As I started to lose interest and grow resentful of the work I had just sacrificed my financial stability for, it dawned on me: information overload wasn’t the point of this work!

My goal is, and has always been, to help people view themselves through a more holistic and compassionate lens so they can live more fulfilling lives. Astrology and Human Design are simply tools that I utilize to support me in this mission. It’s not about how many details I know or share about these systems, but how people feel about themselves after working with me.

I can see now that my imposter syndrome was rooted in my deep fear of being perceived in a way that didn’t align with my own expectations and intentions (my Aquarius midheaven is showing). I truly started to dissolve my imposter syndrome when I decided to accept that people’s perceptions are beyond my control and sometimes they won’t align with how I see myself, especially with my 5/1 Human Design profile.

To be totally honest, overcoming imposter syndrome is an ongoing process for me. But when I stay grounded in my intentions and aligned with why I do this work, I know that I attract the people I want to (and am best suited to) support. My personal experience with this is all the evidence that I need. To keep my intentions clear and heart-centered (vs. ego-driven) before client calls or creating content, I read a sticky note that says: “What is your intention? How can you stay aligned with that intention? BREATHE.” When I set the intention to ground into the gifts that I know I’m capable of offering, I am much less likely to get caught up in trying to prove myself. This simple reminder has been incredibly effective in helping me navigate my imposter syndrome on a daily basis.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

In summary, I use Human Design and astrology to offer a holistic perspective as I guide clients through self-discovery and energetic alignment. As someone with an Aquarius stellium and a Pisces moon, I love getting to regularly connect with people who are curious to know and understand themselves from all angles. I hold the mirror up to my clients, guiding them to offer compassion to their shadows, while also learning to appreciate the value of their natural characteristics, showing them that both can be strengths.

Much of the Human Design and astrology information you’ll find online heavily focuses on the current transits, but I prefer to explore the ins and outs of personal charts to foster self-discovery. When you use these tools to establish self-awareness & self-actualization, you will be equipped to navigate any situation (daily transits) with confidence and clarity. In my experience, this foundational knowledge of the self allows for deep and meaningful growth that can be integrated to create a truly fulfilling life, regardless of what’s happening in the world around you.

I currently offer 1:1 guidance to provide customized support based on each client’s unique chart, with options for both single readings and longer coaching containers to allow for deeper understanding and integration. I’m also preparing to launch the second cohort of a small group program (Empowered Entrepreneurship: Marketing Through a Human Design Lens) that I’m co-leading with Caitlin from Meraki Media Management. This program is designed specifically for intuitive entrepreneurs seeking to align their business and marketing strategies with their unique energy, rather than relying on cookie-cutter models.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Here are three guideposts that have served me on each step of my journey:

1. Self-Understanding & Compassion: A vital part of my journey has been cultivating a deep sense of self-understanding & self-compassion. Recognizing (& learning to appreciate) my core strengths, challenges, and values has helped me to feel much more clarity around my life/career path. This level of self-awareness has also enhanced my ability to empathize and connect more genuinely with others.

2. Commitment to Authenticity and Continuous Growth: Once I identified what felt most authentic to me, I wanted all aspects of my life (behaviors, work, thoughts, etc.) to align with my true self. Deconditioning, facing my fears, and confronting limiting beliefs have all been critical in ensuring that my actions reflect my intentions, values, and goals. I believe this commitment is essential for anyone who wants to effectively guide and support others.

3. Adaptability & Staying Curious: The importance of this quality revealed itself over time as I felt my initial vision shift as I evolved. Now, I can clearly see how essential adaptability is for entrepreneurs. Leaning into curiosity when things start to feel “off” or outdated has been pivotal in keeping my work authentic, successful, and exciting. I regularly reevaluate my core values and goals to make sure that they still jive with the current version of myself.

For those just starting out, I highly recommend focusing on these three areas. Regardless of the industry, these can act as anchor points when building your soul-aligned career path. And when it comes to self-discovery, don’t rush the process! I remember feeling SO impatient at the earliest stage because I just wanted clarity immediately, but trust that clarity & direction will reveal themselves over time.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

One of my favorite ways to offer this work is in collaboration with business owners and thought leaders who share similar values! I am always open to hearing about collaboration & referral opportunities and am particularly interested in partnering with:

*Coaches/practitioners who want to help their clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves through personalized, holistic approaches.

*Professionals whose work complements my own skill sets of self-discovery, self-compassion, and energetic alignment. Some examples include: retreat leaders, marketing agencies who work with soul-centered entrepreneurs, business coaches, therapists, and any practitioners/coaches who appreciate the value of Human Design and astrology.

*Leaders and organizations seeking to understand their team members better so they can leverage everyone’s unique gifts and set realistic standards, unique to the individual.

If you feel that our work could be mutually beneficial, I’d love to connect! Please reach out to me via email at [email protected] or Instagram DM.
