Claudia, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

My confidence and self-esteem have grown through a mix of experience, faith, and perseverance. Starting in real estate with a degree in Computer Technology, I faced challenges that pushed me to master new skills. Each success, from handling contracts to closing deals, reinforced my belief in my abilities.

My faith as a Christ follower has also been a key factor, guiding me through tough decisions and providing strength in difficult times. Building Tejeda Real Estate, Inc. was a defining moment, showing me the value of persistence and solidifying my confidence as both a leader and an entrepreneur.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am the founder and owner of Tejeda Real Estate, Inc., a boutique real estate firm that offers personalized services in residential, commercial, and rental properties. What makes Tejeda Real Estate special is our commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that go beyond just buying and selling properties. We pride ourselves on building relationships, offering expert advice, and making the real estate process as smooth as possible for our clients.

One of the most exciting aspects of what I do is helping people achieve their dreams—whether it’s a family buying their first home or a business owner securing the perfect space for their venture. We also specialize in marketing homes for sellers and finding qualified tenants for landlords. Our membership in the Miami Association gives us access to exclusive listings, ensuring that our clients always have an edge in a competitive market.

Currently, we are focused on expanding our services further into the commercial real estate market. Additionally, we are exploring innovative ways to streamline the client experience using new technologies and enhancing our marketing strategies to reach a broader audience.

At Tejeda Real Estate, Inc., our goal is to provide a service that feels personal and professional, where every client feels valued and confident in their decisions. We are always striving to grow and offer new ways to meet the evolving needs of the real estate market.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, three key qualities that shaped my journey are perseverance, communication, and adaptability.

Perseverance helped me push through challenges, whether market shifts or tough negotiations. My advice is to stay consistent, even when progress feels slow—success takes time. Communication has been crucial in building relationships and closing deals. I recommend honing your listening and speaking skills to gain trust and create lasting connections. Lastly, adaptability has kept me competitive in an ever-changing market. Embrace new technologies and trends, and stay open to learning—flexibility opens doors.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?

The most impactful thing my parents did for me was to constantly remind me of the importance of education. They instilled in me the belief that knowledge is the foundation for success, and that mindset has been key to my growth both personally and professionally.
