We recently connected with Cloud Nine and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Cloud with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

My work ethic comes from watching my mom and my father never give up in life, no matter all the struggles that have been thrown at them and to keep working no matter the triumphs. I wasn’t given alot in this life and being on own since i was 16, I had to stay focused on the end goal. The end goal consists of helping my family and making sure that I am okay for my future.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am a Female Atlanta Based Tattoo Artist, originally from Florida. My style is based on linework, heavy blacks and portraits, especially woman faces. I also am a Brow specialist, growing more into the make up community.
I am puertorican, 28, Taurus. I love nature, water, and free expression.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

My best advice i can give someone for starting on their dream, is to keep going and never give up. Nothing is going to be easy. Nothing is going to be handed to you, and if u want it you have to go get it. Keeping a positive mind through the ups and downs and knowing that you will make it! Everyone who has strived to be better for themselves has to really lock in so they can be what they want to be for themselves. Surrounding yourself with people who want to see you do better and elevate and want to see you grow as an individual is always a big key as well! You want people to push for you, and strive for you to be great as well! Keep a team around you of love and positivity, never hatred.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

My parents always keeping the foot on my neck, to keep pushing me to be better and do better and to never compare yourself to others. Live your own path, and to always put your faith in God. Prayer is a big one my parents have kept in my head since i was a child and even now in my adult years.
