We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Coach Valentin. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Coach below.
Coach, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
At the age of 14, I realized that I did not like my body. I was too skinny, and I needed to do something about it. That day, I signed up for a gym and started my fitness journey, which later became both my passion and my career. My confidence and self-esteem weren’t at their best, but gradually, my body began to change, and I saw results. After a few months of working out, I began to see real changes; my body looked much more athletic and muscular. That boosted my confidence in every single aspect and shaped the foundation for my self-esteem.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
With over 15 years of experience transforming bodies and minds, I blend science, precision, and artistic vision to deliver results beyond aesthetics. Working with me means partnering with a true professional — someone who lives this craft daily and guides you to become your most powerful, confident, and sculpted self. I run a private studio in Miami called CV Studio, where we teach people how to lift weights properly, eat to achieve results, and build habits that last. We have a team of wonderful individuals who help me deliver a service of excellence, where you’ll get the best experience.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
For me, the 3 pillars made me a professional: First, your human skills, to become a true service provider means that you are empathetic, friendly, kind, polite, respectful, clean, rational, non-emotional, always warm and welcoming, and have a genuine intention of helping others. Be patient and never lose your cool, listen to your clients and pay attention to details, ask them questions, don’t talk about yourself all the time, give them your energy, and be present. Second, is your work ethic, take yourself serious, and your clients, listen to what the client wants, develop a basic road to get them there, be punctual (very important), track their progress, check in often to see if they think they are on track, put dedication in your work, do your job as best as possible, work hard, and excel (superlative), deeply care about work details to do your best, and update yourself reading books, articles, listening to podcast, assisting seminars and courses. And finally, the third is the necessary knowledge to execute your job. Nobody will hire you if you do not deliver results; that is mandatory.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
My wife Sofi is the one who is being helpful to me, not only in my professional career. But my life in general. She is my stone, and his feedback is an enormous contribution to enhancing my worldview and the way I behave. She is special to me because she has been with me since the very beginning of my career, supporting me in every single endeavor.
