Meet Constanza Patitucci

We recently connected with Constanza Patitucci and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Constanza, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
Resilience is the ability to recover from difficult moments in life. I believe that we all have that ability within us, that no matter how many times you fall, you can always get back up. The intent for me is that you are really resilient when you fall, you face the pain of the fall, you process it, you ask yourself what caused that fall, what could have been avoided and what good can you get from this fall, where do I go? It’s where it leads me and what I can do with it “THERE” at that moment is when we become resilient, when we get up stronger, because we learned from that event, from that pain, from that lesson, when we can transform that situation beyond how painful it is, into something positive. Being resilient is not getting up and going through life like a little robot, and pretending nothing happens because supposedly we don’t have time for that, or “life goes on, and I have to get on with it”, because that resilience is momentary, because in reality sooner or later we fall apart, or we create walls around ourselves is when we lose empathy for the pain of others, or we miss living beautiful things, for fear of failing. In my life, I have had to go through difficult, complicated situations that marked me at different stages of my life, I would always view situations optimistically, an optimism that helped me get through certain situations, but in the end, each circumstance filled me with insecurities, fears, and low self-esteem. I thought “life goes on, and the ups and downs are part of it.” I never stopped to think about what caused me every pain, disappointment, failure, or religious, social, family and personal belief. Until one day when my second son was 18 months old I got sick, I could hardly move, we thought it was muscular, since I had moved some heavy furniture the day before. The days went by and the situation remained the same, until my husband decided to take me to the doctor, and they diagnosed me with psoriatic arthritis. To reverse the condition before starting treatment, they filled me with a lot medications, my body absorbed a lot, the treatment was not very different, I slept a lot, my hair fell out, very sudden mood swings, I couldn’t tolerate food, then I began to lose a lot of weight, and in addition I had two little children and low self-esteem. Little by little, my body began to get used to the medications and I felt better every time. I went back to work when my youngest son started school, until the year I lost my job, my health was not good, my house was always fighting with the kids, the school, my husband, and the money. That same year they did a biopsy for something that had appeared on my skin, luckily it was negative, but until I got the results they told me it looked like “skin cancer” and the world fell on me, I saw my life go by in a minute, the first thing I thought of was what kind of memories I leave my children with, the most little one won’t even remember me, and that’s when I begin to pray, to ask, to promise God and the Universe. When they told me it was negative, that’s when I started to say I need a change, something is not right, to ask God to guide me and help me. Without realizing it, friendships that were very valuable to me began to move away, for different reasons. I was experiencing it as a duel, my heart, nor my mind understood what was happening, I remember having the need to go see my aunt who lives in Las Vegas, and that night we talked until 4AM and she gave me a Metaphysics book of Connie’s Mendez and she told me, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears” and that was how the Universe, God and my guides guided me to the change that I had prayed for so much and asked for. My mind began to see things from another place, there began to appear people in my lives who nurtured me, helped me believe in myself, saw a light in me that I couldn’t see, but if they saw it, it’s because it was there, the issue was discovering why I didn’t see it, why I didn’t I want to, why I felt the way I felt, what was inside of me that wouldn’t let me see it or move forward. Understanding how my mind works, my physical body, my energetic body, my emotions, how everything is connected. Understand, what we think we manifest, such as accumulated pain, trauma, family, society, religious and personal beliefs affect us, and get us stuck. Taking responsibility for my life, my story, and deciding to heal and do the job. It was not easy, and sometimes it is not, but I had many more tools to know how to approach it, because the problem is not what happens to us, but what we do with what to victimize ourselves, or we can see how to transform it into knowledge, light, love, and release what does not serve us or does not belong to us. My resilience comes from within me, from my inner strength, from my inner fire, which burns the bad and leaves the good, transforming it, making me stronger, free, wiser, which shaped who I am.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
If they ask me what my purpose in life is, I can’t even think of a word to define it, since for me we are constantly changing, evolving, releasing, learning, why put a label on it? My purpose is not what I do, but how I do it, doing what fills my soul with light and love, what makes me feel aligned with what I think and feel, it’s to give without forgetting to fill my own cup, it’s to know that problems and difficulties will always appear, the thing is how we face them, with what attitude we face life, it is to take your responsibility in your story. I believe I can say my purpose in life is to live fully doing what I love, contributing to the world, to those around me, to nature and to myself as well. God and the Universe is going to take care of giving me the signs, situations, people, and guides to do it. I have the blessing of doing what I love. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Animal Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach and Sound Healer, and an Energy Reader, and my work has connected me with beautiful souls, full of light, love, and strength, but also hurt. My main focus is to guide and support them with love and compassion to recover their voice, their strength, so that they can open their hearts, and heal their story, and let go of what they hold back, that they can step into their power and rewrite their story, but from the place of love and not pain. I do it through my Reiki sessions, Sound Healing, Reiki Certification Classes, my Practitioners and Healers Events, in my 1.1 Chakras Mentorship Program and private events.
God, the Universe and my guides have given me beautiful souls who have led me when I needed it most, and I believe in guiding others who feel as I felt. Holding space for others is a way to give back all the love that I have received and continue to receive. The chakras have always interested me and I feel a great connection in learning and teaching them. I believe that if people understood how it works, the energy centers, and how it is connected to our past and to our present, they would understand that they have in them the tools to write, change, and create their present and their future. For me, understanding each one of them and applying it to my life helped me to heal and release many things.
I am honored and proud to be able to create my 1.1 Chakras Mentorship program. I love what I do and to think that others can also feel the same, it is like a ripple effect of love, light and healing. I know that this 1.1 Chakras Mentorship Program can give them the tools so that they can understand why they act as they do, that they recognize that they are not what they were told, and they begin to release the different layers that may appear not only now, but in the future as well. All those who are willing to do this 1.1 Chakras Mentorship Program will feel more free, clearer, in their thoughts, emotions, more connected spiritually and with themselves, recognize their pain and release it, stronger, knowing what tools to use and how to apply them to their life. During the mentorship we will continuously journal, use crystals, meditation, Reiki, oracle cards, and sound healing vibrations. Having a guide and support that understands us is essential for any healing process, and it is what they will have in this 1.1 Chakras Mentorship Program, since I will be there to help them clarify any doubt, emotion, blockage, and situation that arises. I am going to help them recognize the blocks they have, what they cannot see but that has been there for a long time.
This 1.1 Chakra Mentorship Program is for everyone who is ready to really heal, to do the work, uncover their blocks, take responsibility for their story and life, for everyone who wants to step into their power and write their story.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
There are 4 things that for me were and are fundamental in my path of healing and growth. 1- Release Expectations:
Releasing expectations is a powerful spiritual practice that can bring greater peace and fulfillment to our lives. When we hold onto expectations, we create attachments to specific outcomes and become attached to a future that may or may not come to pass. This can lead to disappointment, frustration, and a sense of feeling unfulfilled.
On a spiritual level, releasing expectations means letting go of our attachment to outcomes and surrendering to the present moment. It means being open to the flow of life and allowing things to unfold naturally, without trying to control or manipulate them.
By releasing expectations, we cultivate a sense of trust in the universe and in ourselves. We learn to have faith that everything is happening for our highest good, even if it doesn’t seem like it at the time. We also develop greater compassion for ourselves and others, as we let go of judgment and accept things as they are.
Ultimately, releasing expectations allows us to live more fully in the present moment and to appreciate the beauty and wonder of life as it unfolds. It allows us to be more open to new experiences, to embrace uncertainty, and to live with greater peace and joy.

2- Do not be Attached:
Attachment is a natural human tendency, but it can also be a source of suffering. When we are attach to things, people, or outcomes, we create expectations and desires that can lead to disappointment and frustration when they are not met.
On a spiritual level, attachment can prevent us from living in the present moment and experiencing life fully. When we are attached to something, we may focus all our energy and attention on it, and miss out on the other opportunities and experiences around us.
Not being attached means letting go of our attachment to outcomes and surrendering to the present moment. It means being open to the flow of life and allowing things to unfold naturally, without trying to control or manipulate them.
By not being attached, we cultivate a sense of detachment and inner freedom. Ultimately, not being attached allows us to live more fully in the present moment and to appreciate the beauty and wonder of life as it unfolds. It allows us to be more open to new experiences, to embrace uncertainty, and to live with greater peace and joy.

3- Release the Ego and Be in Your Heart:
Releasing the ego and being in the heart are important spiritual practices that can bring greater peace, harmony, and fulfillment to our lives.
The ego is the part of us that identifies with our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. It can create a sense of separation and division, and lead us to seek validation and approval from others. When we release the ego, we let go of our attachment to our identity and begin to see ourselves as part of a larger whole.
Being in the heart means connecting with our true nature, which is love, compassion, and kindness. It means acting from a place of authenticity, rather than seeking to please others or gain recognition. When we are in the heart, we connect with our higher self and tap into a source of infinite wisdom and guidance. By releasing the ego and being in the heart, we cultivate a sense of inner peace and harmony. We learn to let go of our fears and insecurities, and trust the universe to guide us.
Releasing the ego and being in the heart allows us to be more open to forgiveness, to embrace compassion and kindness, to ourselves and to others, and to live with greater peace, joy, and fulfillment.

4- Surround yourself with people who help you in your growth and who are a source of inspiration for you:
Surrounding yourself with people who help you grow and inspire you is vital to your personal and spiritual development.
As social beings, we are deeply influenced by the people we spend time with. When we surround ourselves with positive, uplifting, and supportive individuals, we are more likely to feel energized, inspired, and motivated. We may learn new perspectives, insights, and ways of thinking that challenge and expand our understanding of the world and ourselves. On a deeper level, being in the company of spiritually aware individuals can help us to connect with our higher selves and tap into a source of infinite wisdom and guidance.
When we share our experiences and insights with others who are on a similar path, we may find greater clarity, insight, and understanding.
Conversely, spending time with people who drain our energy, criticize or judge us, or do not support our growth can hinder our spiritual progress. They may reinforce negative beliefs or habits, and create an atmosphere of tension and negativity that is detrimental to our well-being.
Therefore, it is essential to surround ourselves with people who help us in our growth and inspire us. By doing so, we create a supportive environment that nurtures our personal and spiritual development and empowers us to live with greater purpose, joy, and fulfillment.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
My family has always been a great support for me, and even if they did not understand my decisions or work, they were there with love, encouraging me, helping me, and believing in me. My children and husband are unconditional, and their love is my strength, my engine, and they are the ones who inspire me to be better every day, the ones who encourage me and believe in me, they can easily see my essence. My children teach me everyday new things about life, and they show me those parts that still need to be healed. My siblings are one of my pillars. My love for them is unconditional. They are my reference of strength, work, tenacity, union, family and love, they are and will always be my source of inspiration to never give up. My family is the most important love of my life.

My daughter: From the day she was born, she taught me what unconditional love is, to become a better person every day, she inadvertently showed me every part of me that was missing and that still needs to be healed. Her way of creating and walking her own path is unique. That the paths we walk may be similar, but it is not the same.
My son: From the day he was born, he taught me what it is to feel pure love without having to say or do anything, just to feel it. He taught me that we don’t come to fit in, but to create something different, that being different is fine, and how important it is to use our voice. That not everyone is good to us, but what matters is how we receive it.They both taught me to be the mom they need and not the one society wants me to be.
My Husband: He is the one who supports me and believed in me from day one, he has been one of my great supporters. I am very grateful to continue walking and growing together in this life, he taught me that union is strength, and together and with love everything is possible.
My Sister: She is pure light and love, she always gives me the energy to continue and face any problem, she is my greatest example as a woman and in every role that this means. She taught me the importance of prioritizing ourselves, in order to give the best to others.
My Second Brother: He is my example of strength, overcoming life, work, knowledge and he is a great support in my life. He taught me the importance of healing what hurts us.
My Third Brother: He is the purest and most real love, he taught me to love each other and accept ourselves as we are, he sees the best in each human being, and that family is everything.

Then there is my soul family and there are 4 beautiful souls that are my 4 pillars on my spiritual journey

1- Mandy Gatlin:
From her, I learned to release expectations and not attach to anything, to always look for the answers inside my heart, and all that knowledge was key to my personal and spiritual growth.

2-Michelle Swist:
From her I learned what it is to be completely in your heart, to look at life with love despite the circumstances, what it is to vibrate with joy, and to be a good spiritual teacher.

3- Angie Rojo:
From her I learned to love myself, to see my inner strength, to embrace my feminine energy, to step into my power, and the importance of discipline in life, and in the spiritual path.

4-Eric Shah:
From her I learned to be patient, loving, calm and harmonious, and to be present. Her light and sweetness is infinite, and it helps me to center myself, and to be connected with my heart, and nature.

Each and every one of them, my family and my soul family were crucial for my healing journey, my spiritual growth, and overcoming any challenge that came my way. They are my source of love, inspiration, courage, union, and connection. I’m so grateful to God for each and every one of them, family, friend, client, student, teacher, that crossed paths with me. All help me to be who I am and do what I love most, which is to help others with love, and compassion.
