Meet Corinne Eckert

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Corinne Eckert. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Corinne below.

Corinne, so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

I’ve found that imposter syndrome is sneaky. You’ll overcome it, and then as you reach new levels, it comes back; but the trick that I’ve found to mitigate the effects of imposter syndrome is simply to act. I know this will be difficult, especially for the perfectionists out there, but trust me, you can do it!

I am a huge proponent of thinking things through and making educated decisions, but too much thinking leads to analysis paralysis, rumination, and ultimately lack of action. Sometimes acting before your mind can talk you out of it is the best way to move forward as an entrepreneur, high performer, or trailblazer. As you take action and learn along the way, you’ll notice that your confidence builds and imposter syndrome’s effect on you subsides.

If you’re really struggling and need a quick mental or emotional turn around, read previous client testimonials, make a list of your achievements, or put on a timer for 2 minutes and say affirmations nonstop – these little activities never fail!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I truly believe that everyone has a dream inside them that if they acted on it, they’d not only live ridiculously fulfilled lives, but they’d impact the world in really unique ways. Unfortunately, we live in a society that encourages us to follow the crowd and neglect our soul desires, and the more time we spend believing that there is a “right” way and a “wrong” way to live, the less we believe we’re allowed to follow our inner purpose.

I am on a mission to reverse that narrative and empower people to bring these visions to life. We all have limitless potential, and tapping into that will make the world a better place. I am living in my soul’s desire, and am working to be the pebble that creates a ripple effect worldwide.

As a High Performance Coach and Certified ThetaBreathwork Practitioner, I help entrepreneurs, visionaries, and executives get out of their own way so they can create the legacy and the impact they set out to.

What’s unique about my approach is the blend of mindset coaching, ThetaBreathwork, and strategy. The mindset coaching and ThetaBreathwork modalities are the mental and emotional part of the process – they help clients release suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs, reprogram subconscious thoughts, and shift their identities to reach new levels. The strategy is the more physical part of the process – creating habits, actions, and plans to move forward with intention.
While my 1:1 Evolution Coaching containers are tailored toward the aforementioned groups, I’ve created multiple offers that individuals at any level can benefit from:

– The Accountability Club is a monthly membership for people looking to build their strong foundation of habits and routines. This community holds a mix of live calls, resources, check-ins, and a group chat to keep the momentum going.

– ThetaBreathwork sessions are transformative sessions delivering 1:1 personal breakthroughs, designed to get you unstuck and provide clear action steps on how to move forward intentionally.

In the coming weeks, I’ll be announcing a new offer focusing on identity shifting to uplevel your business and life. More information on that soon via Instagram (@corinne.eckert)!

Please note that currently my business is under my name – Corinne Eckert – but that may change in the future. You can always find the latest information on my instagram, @corinne.eckert.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Ooo this is a great question! I’ve learned so much over the past five years of entrepreneurship that this list could go on forever, haha! There is so much power in believing in yourself, understanding that opportunities are endless, and seeing that your mindset dictates your focus, so I wanted to highlight something from each of those areas.

The first thing I will say to anyone starting out is: realize that everything works. Especially if you are on social media, you are going to be surrounded by successful people saying how great their method works. More often than not, if you put enough time, focus, and effort into any method, it will work. However, you didn’t start a project or business to hate what you do every single day, so don’t feel obligated to follow one method if it doesn’t feel aligned with how you want to show up. Take the time to learn a few different paths and then follow what lights you up. Everything works, so discover what works best for you.

Second, I strongly encourage people to focus on cultivating a growth mindset. Running a business will bring up all of your insecurities, so you need to find a way to welcome challenges, obstacles, and growth without having shame, guilt, embarrassment, etc. run the show. Diving into personal development work and/or working with a coach to guide you through this journey will be extremely helpful.

The third piece of advice is to build your self trust. Trusting that you can figure something out, overcome a challenge, achieve the vision you set out for yourself, etc. is so important. The easiest way I’ve found to build self trust is by keeping promises to myself. Even the small things like going to the gym or drinking enough water tells my brain that I show up, I support myself, and I am committed to my evolution.

At the end of the day, this is a beautiful journey and you will learn a lot along the way. Focus on the goal, stay the course, and celebrate your progress!

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Over the last 12 months, I’ve really focused on improving my self-image – how I think about myself, how I talk to myself, how I view my potential, and what I believe is possible for me. Upgrading all of this has allowed me to shift my identity massively and attract dream opportunities (being interviewed for articles like this, speaking publicly, hosting events, etc.). The coolest part about this is that shifting is available to every person at all times, we are just never taught the true impact of it or how to go about it. I’m eager to incorporate this into my work and help clients reach new heights by upleveling their identities.
