Meet Courtney Green

We were lucky to catch up with Courtney Green recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Courtney, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.

My optimism comes from recognizing that our thoughts become things. Growing up in a family that was very pessimistic and saw everything happening to them to their detriment rather than for them for their benefit, I learned to expect the worst and hope for the best. When you learn to expect the worst, you receive the worst. This is how the universe works.

For the majority of my life, I lived out this pattern expecting the worst in people, in circumstances, and consequently received the worst experience in people and circumstances which reinforced my pessimism.

Pessimism is exhausting. And not fun.

I tried something different.

I chose to be optimistic and see the best in people and in circumstances. And that is what the universe delivered to me. Experiencing the best in people, in circumstances. I felt much lighter, felt much better, while focusing on the best in people and circumstances.

Life feels way more enjoyable having an optimistic view because thoughts do become things. What you think becomes how you experience reality.

It’s important to be aware of what you want to create.

If you want to experience the best in people and circumstances, you can choose that. If you want to experience the worst in people and circumstances you can also choose that. I choose optimism ultimately because it feels good. It’s much more enjoyable to intentionally create my life experience from this perspective.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Spark snippet: My practice focuses on guiding socially and environmentally conscious business leaders through coaching and consulting (life and leadership). I support leaders and their teams as they successfully create new blueprints changing the way we do business locally and globally.

I am here to help you express your fullest potential in this lifetime. To dissolve subconscious patterns and recognize your greatness. Powerfully creating the world in which you wish to live from a place of integrity and optimization. In working together, you feel immense fulfillment. Solutions become obvious. Success is simply the outcome.

My work also entails mediating conflict. It is natural for me to meet people where they are at and bring them together to create a resolution that feels fair and just for both parties. I do this on a local scale with relationships as well as on a global scale with world leaders.

Furthermore, I am delving into the element of water. The essence of all life. Essential for our existence. Studying and researching all aspects of water to include its physical and metaphysical properties. I believe that all existence deserves access to pure, clean water. Technology exists to enable this vision to come into form. This is what I will be working on as a water law and policy attorney after I take the Colorado Bar Exam in July 2024.

The overarching theme of my life, my work, is uplifting people and the planet. I care about the wellbeing of humanity and mother earth. I do my best to live out this theme in all that I am and all that I do. I support business leaders who care about uplifting people and the planet because this is what I value too.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. Morning Grounding. Taking as little as 10 minutes outside every morning to connect to your higher self, feel gratitude in your heart, and direct your intentions for the day. This practice paves the way for your experience of that day.

2. Organizing. Making a clear, concise checklist for the items that are most important to you to do that day. Then, set the alarm for a specific time block (ex: 45 mins) while putting your phone on silent. Focus only on that item during the time block. When the alarm goes off, walk away and take a 5-10 min break. This practice helps you to be extremely efficient. You will get a lot done in a short amount of time.

3. Self Knowledge. Understanding the patterns of your thinking, your behavior, that lurk below the surface in your subconscious controlling you. The influences from your past are affecting your present. If you’re not aware of them, then you’re unconsciously creating your life and leading your organization under the influence of potentially harmful behaviors. With greater self knowledge, you can intentionally create patterns that support what you want to experience in your life and through your leadership.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I am looking for folks to partner or collaborate with as it relates to my passion for understanding water in its entirety, from all perspectives. As I mentioned earlier, I am delving into the element of water and will be practicing as a water law and policy attorney in 2024.

In my infant stages of studying and researching water, we appear to be ingesting drinking sources that we’ve collectively contaminated with toxins. Our behavior has gravely injured our earth’s essential life force – water. I am on a mission to repair our life force through sound technology by learning how to reharmonize water crystals and returning water to its natural flow path to optimize its health, our health, and the health of our planet. I believe through frequency and vibration, we can repair the damage we have done to this essential element. Science exists to support this belief. I am looking for collaborators to contribute to the combining of science, technology, water law and policy, with metaphysics to create a sustainable, simple, sound solution to heal our water. And regain the health of humanity.
