Meet Crystal Buckley

We recently connected with Crystal Buckley and have shared our conversation below.

Crystal, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I developed confidence and self esteem after going through an abusive marriage that made me lost them. I Later came to realise i went through this so that i could speak on it first hand, and help others to be motivated to get out.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I have now embraced my purpose, i went through an abusive marriage at a young age, battled with it for years before i could get away. Today i advocate for ladies, standing up against domestic violence\Abuse. It is not Ok, and just by telling my story I’ve come to realise a lot of women are struggling,.
From this experience i managed to write a book called From Broken T o Redeemed, it tells the story of a young lady who was in an abusive marriage, she experienced all forms of abuse, physical emotional, financial and verbal, she too became an advocate and started to help ladies. Letting them know that there is life and hope after abuse, or any other situation that they found themselves in

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. Somehow I was strong Resilent and prayerful.

and my advise to any woman in the situation is to seek God.
2. pray and talk to God, he will give you the strength and strategy to navigate your way.
3. stay strong and seek help.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I would love to collaborate with women who has gone through or is going through an abusive relationship., So we can stand up with and for one another to end violence against our women. Women are beautiful and are very needed in today’s society. Also to help them navigate and understand that there is still hope after any situation that did not take your life.
