We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Crystal Griffin. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Crystal below.
Hi Crystal, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
By being thrown into the fire and deciding to rise anyway. Motherhood taught me resilience. Life taught me grit. I didn’t always feel confident, but I showed up like I did and eventually, I realized I wasn’t pretending anymore. I was becoming her. The woman who handles business, who leads with her heart, and who holds it down at home too. Confidence isn’t a final destination it’s a decision I make daily. I’m constantly learning, constantly evolving, and doing it all while raising strong, amazing kids who get to see what growth in real time looks like.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m a bilingual Realtor based in Utah, a proud mom, and a woman who’s built her life from the ground up. I didn’t come from money or connections everything I’ve created has come from grit, growth, and a deep belief that where you start doesn’t have to be where you finish.
Real estate became my way of building something better not just for myself, but for the families I get to serve. I specialize in helping first-time buyers, ITIN clients, and those who’ve been told “no” more times than they can count. There’s nothing more powerful than watching someone realize that homeownership is possible for them.
What makes my work special is the heart behind it. I’m not in this for the spotlight I’m here to connect, support, and help people feel confident in one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether I’m working one-on-one with a client or hosting a community event, my goal is always the same: to make sure people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Right now, I’m focused on continuing to grow as a mom, as a businesswoman, and as someone deeply committed to her community. I’m learning every day and evolving in every way, always.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities that shaped my journey are resilience, a willingness to learn, and building genuine relationships.
Resilience helped me bounce back from setbacks and keep moving forward when things got tough. I never waited to know it all before diving in I learned as I went, staying curious and open. And the relationships I built along the way whether with clients, mentors, or community gave me support, trust, and new opportunities.
For anyone starting out, I’d say: stay strong through the challenges, keep learning every day, and focus on building real connections those will carry you further than you expect.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
I don’t really have a “type”. My ideal client is anyone who wants to be guided through the process with honesty, patience, and a bit of humor. Real estate is serious business, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the journey.
