Meet Crystal Kearney

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Crystal Kearney. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Crystal below.

Crystal, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I found my purpose in life by praying and asking God for his direction and guidance. It wasn’t an easy road to get to where I am today, as an Autism Advocate/ Mom and as an Influencer. It was my journey and life lessons. There is more in store, the next chapter in life the best is yet to come. You have to strive to get to where you want to go.In order to get to the next level, you have to go through some things you have to decrease in order to increase. God will speak to you in many ways, he will whisper to you and tell you “ I need you to go here, or go this way”. God will order your steps and path, Once you give him that final “Yes” he will open doors for you that you will never imagine. For example, starting a business, a non profit organization, going back to school and getting that degree, you and your friends starting a podcast, going into ministry, He can use you in so many ways to find your purpose. You just have to be patient and ready when he says “GO”and walk through the door. That’s how I got to my purpose it didn’t happen over night it took time, dedication, years, crying and nights. I thank him every single day for every opportunity that comes my way.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
The boldness about this Journey, what’s next to come. The next chapter, the next season. Timing is everything. The blessings, Doors being opened,Mentors I haven’t met yet . The lives that you are helping is a gift, I get shocked and surprised it’s a happy moment, when someone reaches out to me, Because a special needs mom. I get asked “ how do you do it all”.I tell them all the time, God got my front and back and he has my Children’s back”. I’m very blessed. My next chapter/opportunity I want to have a parent’s and ministry non profit program to open up more opportunities for disability children to have access to more services at home, insurance support etc. rather it’s speech, occupational therapy, eating therapy just to name a few.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The connections that I made, and I still talk to few of the ladies. I want to make more connections, build relationships in the industry. Make more of impact and continue my journey, and legacy of helping single mom’s, single dad’s and families with children with learning disabilities and i also want to start my ministry.

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?
I would want to spend that decade, with my children, family, helping family most of all God, and my ministry. That’s would be my decade of life. God, my children, family, ministry that’s my goal that’s my life, serving God, his plans, his alignments for my life, my children, the path that he wants us to take, our plans our not ours it’s his, this Bold Journey it’s not mines it’s “ God’s”. It belongs to him. I couldn’t have done this without him. I can’t wait to see what he has in store, opportunities, the next move he makes he’s just that amazing, loving, his peace, way maker, he makes blessings happens, It’s Grind time.
