Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Crystal Santos. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Crystal , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Finding your purpose can be super cool! For me, it’s all about my family, friends, and the awesome people around me who cheer me on. I’ve been into music since I was tiny—like when I was 2, I’d listen to classical music and get all emotional about it! My parents said I had this special ear for all kinds of tunes. I love singing, and I think my purpose is to use my voice to spread joy and help others discover their own talents. It’s like making people smile with a little bit of music magic!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
My journey in the arts has been filled with exciting experiences that have shaped me into who I am today. From a young age, I’ve been deeply connected to music, and it’s been a powerful way for me to express myself and bring happiness to others. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to perform throughout Las Vegas in shows & musicals like “School of Rock” at Super Summer Theater, *Uprising* by Manifest Academy, and in Musicology’s Vocal Group performances in Las Vegas and many more. These experiences allowed me to grow as a performer and connect with others who share my passion.
In addition to music, I’ve also been fortunate to act in independent films like *LAX 2 Paris* and *Vegas Traffic*, which opened up a whole new creative avenue for me. I’ve also collaborated with other talented young artists, and even ventured into print ads for modeling.
Right now, I’m focusing on expanding my music career while also giving back to the community through volunteering. I believe that art and music have the power to change lives, and I want to use my voice and my talents to inspire others to discover their own passions and make a difference. I’m also working on more film acting projects and some NITA fashion gear and collaborations with artists that I can’t wait to share with everyone!
My journey has been about embracing creativity in all its forms, whether it’s through singing, acting, or modeling. I’m excited for what’s next and can’t wait to continue spreading joy through my art.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, I think three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey are training, being open to feedback, and knowing when to ask for help.
Training is so important because it builds a strong foundation in whatever you do, whether it’s singing, acting, or anything else. Being open to feedback is another key—it’s how you grow and improve, and it helps you see things from different perspectives. And finally, asking for help has been huge for me. There’s no shame in seeking guidance; it’s how you find mentors and people who can push you forward.
My advice to those early in their journey is this: don’t give up on what you love, and never give up on yourself. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and are willing to help you grow. Keep learning because there are so many amazing opportunities out there waiting for you. And feel free to connect with me—I’m happy to help wherever I can!

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
The most impactful thing my parents did for me was always believing in me, even when I had my own challenges like being shy, struggling with learning, or sometimes not feeling confident. They always told me that I’m my own competition, and that kindness is important in everything I do. They also gave me amazing experiences through travel, which helped me learn more about different cultures. They supported me with my fears and insecurities and even encouraged being a kid and having my own mistakes and learning, this has been a huge part of my journey. I’m really grateful to have a family that shows love and kindness to everyone. I’m very fortunate and grateful to God for the gift of music.
