Meet CSI Bill Montgomery

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to CSI Bill Montgomery . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

CSI Bill, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
My Dad and 4 sisters from Cincinnati Ohio at a young age! We moved from North Carolina to Forest Park and met two families that moved in from 2 different countries. We helped each other fit in to the Neiborhood and developed a good friendship and work ethic that has carried on today!

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m a humble and simple man that has grown over the years to understand my purpose. Through travel at a early age it has allowed me to meet people from different countries and work alongside them in several cities and states. Being the only Boy and youngest in my family it pushed me to explore and hang out with the Boys. My father made sure.
I had some wheels to get from point A to point B on my own while he was always at work. I’m blessed to have had many.
mentors and teachers along the way and thankful to give back to High School students through a program called Prime Motivation a Non-Profit organization.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Work ethics, my family made me work first before I could play and held me accountable every day.!

Common Sense- I looked at things in a simple way before trying other things that I’m not similar with. People like to follow
others even if they are not sure. I’m not a follower unless It’s proven and makes sense to me.

Time Management- Over the years I seem to be getting better and better at it. This reason is mostly because of my Team called Hidden Pioneers. You can’t do everything yourself and working through others it’s much easier and saves you time.

My advice to others is to Use Common sense and not so much AI or the “Pocket Computer aka cell phones. Please use your brain more than a device it will be much better in the long run. Go back to the basics before moving forward into the future!

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
Collaboration is the key to success today and tomorrow. Most people don’t understand this word yet so me and my Team is helping them by leading by example to get more companies, people and organizations to work together. We use the right words that make since today and explain what they mean to our country not just them. The Hidden Pioneers welcome all those that want to change the culture and image of Transportation & Technology today & tomorrow. We need to bring. T & T Lab classes into our High Schools nationwide and can do this with at least 3 car company’s support. We need this done today and can’t wait we are following more and more behind other countries.
