Meet Daisy

We were lucky to catch up with Daisy recently and have shared our conversation below.

Daisy, thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?

I feel like my creativity it’s something that comes out naturally. I’ve been interested in art since a very young age, and as how the years were passing by I have adapted and enhanced my skills to express myself. I always look to express myself through my work, a painting, a drawing, fashion, a makeup look or even a photoshoot. I’m always thrilled to keep on going and keep improving my skills to expose my talent out there for people to see. I think I have found my calling through my makeups and my social media it’s all about expressing who I am in my own unique way. I promote self love and I always try to connect with people in all aspects.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I was Born and raised in Mexico, currently I’m 24 years old, a Scorpio and Latina the full spicy mix to keep your life entertained with my chaotic personality. Since I started going to school I have always been so focused on getting the work done, good grades and learning new things. I’m always looking forward to learn something new, in fact I’m learning more about myself every day. I’m still at school studying for nursing, I did get graduate from college as Medical Assistant in Arizona, but I knew I wanted to be a RN. That’s my main career goal to finish school and see where the path leads the way. As of right now I take advantage of my youth and my talent to explore more my artistic way and express myself with the canvas God has provided me, meaning myself. I do makeup looks I try to become someone for people that love makeup and I’m thrilling to success to see where the wind blows and be there. I have always said to myself I’m the Hannah Montana of my friend cause at day I’m one person at work and at night I’m me at my fullest glammed up and maybe partying here and there just the best of both worlds.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

As an area of knowledge I had medicine has been my most improved since back then I didn’t know or even dare to do the things I do today, I was scared of needles and now I love to give vaccines. As a skill I always improve as artist, I learn new things every time I do a makeup look, and I get the chance to find new ways to show off a look for myself and others. Also I have learn a lot about patience and connecting with the spirituality.
I recommend everyone to follow your dreams, don’t be scared of the changes, and keep being you. Don’t forget that whatever you do, do it with the heart and without losing your essence in the way. Remember that mental health is always first and your heart with your gut knows when things are right or wrong for you. Be true, unique and brave.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes! I would love to collaborate with anybody that seems to connect with my content. I would love to be part of any makeup, fashion, accessories or even try something new. My audience keeps growing so I think it would be good and beneficiare for both. I’m also open to collab with people creating content, I love meeting new people and getting to know their story.
