Hi D’Andre, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
In order to develop myself I simply worked on me. I think everyone at some point deals with the worlds adversity, it can tear you down yet it can also be the fuel you need to build you back up.I grew up in a place where you have to be resilient. Changing my perspective on things helped me a lot. It started with just speaking confidence into myself , things as simple as sounding confident will make a difference . No can force you to believe in yourself but you .When I am having those bad days or my self esteem is low I step back and take a look in the mirror to reassure my own self of who I am . No person should need any form of validation from someone else . god made everyone beautiful and he gave us confidence . It is up to us as individuals to have the internal will power to rise about the negativity , bad thoughts, or simple life blockages .

I am a music artist Predominantly Hip-hop but I venture into other genres as well . My first debut album titled ” Dre ” will be available on May 19,2023 on all platforms. This is one of my best works so far i had to put in a lot of work to get everything together . Music has always been apart of my life it is a big passion of mine . I also am a realtor in the DFW area .I feel as if the two career works hand and hand because i love to meet new people. Not only meeting them but i like to leave a impact where i can. Music impacts the soul and just about everyone has the dream of owning a home one day.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Appreciate yourself and other people. Enjoy growing as a person and finding fulfillment and meaning in your lives. Also dig deep within themselves and be creative.None f these paths are easy or any path for that matter .whatever your are chasing give it your all. Somedays you’ll feel like you cant’ but thats when you have to give it the most . Staying focused on whatever your goals may be in due time you will achieve them . your vision may be unclear t0 others but you are responsible for your own outcome .

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
As an artist i want to work with other artist who are just as passionate. There are many people who just want the money I want To work with artist who wants to build a legacy .Music is timeless lets make something that can last forever .As for real estate id love to work with the people who want a change. i would love to help anyone who believes that a home is out of their reach.
