Meet Daniel Adelpour

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Daniel Adelpour. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Daniel below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Daniel with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

My work ethic comes from growing up in a family where perseverance and responsibility were the foundation of everything. I watched my parents rebuild their lives through discipline, sacrifice, and a commitment to doing things the right way, even when no one was watching. That mindset became the blueprint for how I approach both life and my career as a dentist.

When I opened BLVD Dental Aesthetics in Los Angeles, I brought those same values into my practice. Dentistry isn’t just clinical work — it requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to create a consistent, high-quality patient experience. Building a dental practice from the ground up taught me that success comes from showing up early, staying late, constantly improving your skills, and taking ownership of every detail that affects your patients and your team.

My work ethic is also fueled by the responsibility I feel as a practice owner, a cosmetic dentist, and now a father. I want my children to see the same example I saw growing up — that meaningful results come from dedication, integrity, and pride in your work. That mindset shapes every decision at BLVD Dental Aesthetics, from how we treat patients to how we support our staff and grow our brand.

Ultimately, my work ethic is a blend of the values I inherited, the standards I’ve built my practice on, and the vision I have for creating one of the most trusted dental offices in Los Angeles. It’s what drives me to keep learning, keep improving, and keep elevating the level of care my patients receive every day.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m the owner and cosmetic dentist behind **BLVD Dental Aesthetics**, a boutique dental practice in Los Angeles focused on elevating the patient experience through modern, relationship-based care. My journey has always centered around one idea: dentistry should feel personal, comfortable, and transformative — not transactional. At BLVD Dental, we combine high-level clinical dentistry with an atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely human.

What excites me most about our brand is how much intention goes into every detail. From the technology we use, to the aesthetics of the space, to the way our team communicates — everything is designed to make patients feel seen and cared for. Whether someone is coming in for veneers, Invisalign, routine dentistry, or a cosmetic smile makeover, we want them to leave not only with great clinical results but with a level of confidence and trust they didn’t expect from a dental visit.

We’ve also been growing quickly, which is incredibly rewarding. In 2025, my wife launched **Orchid Orthodontics** within the same building, allowing us to offer a seamless, collaborative experience between cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. Patients love having both services under one roof, and it’s helped our practices expand while maintaining the boutique, one-on-one feel we’re known for.

Looking ahead, we’re focused on continuing to elevate cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry in Los Angeles — adding new services, deepening our digital workflows, and creating an experience that feels more like a luxury wellness visit than a traditional dental appointment. My goal is for BLVD Dental Aesthetics to be the practice people think of when they want natural, artistic smile transformations done with integrity, precision, and compassion.

At its core, BLVD Dental Aesthetics is about people, confidence, and community — and building a place where patients can genuinely feel taken care of.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back on my journey as a dentist and the owner of **BLVD Dental Aesthetics**, the three qualities that have had the biggest impact on my success are: **resilience, communication, and a commitment to lifelong learning**.

**1. Resilience**
Building a dental practice in Los Angeles — especially a boutique, patient-focused practice — requires the ability to stay steady through challenges. Whether it’s navigating insurance, staffing, leadership, or the financial realities of ownership, resilience is the quality that keeps you moving forward when things get uncertain. My advice to anyone early in their journey: expect challenges, not as setbacks, but as part of the process. The people who succeed aren’t the ones who never fall — they’re the ones who get up quickly and consistently.

**2. Communication & Trust-Building**
In dentistry, your clinical skills matter — but trust is what grows a practice. The most valuable leadership skill I’ve learned is the ability to communicate clearly, compassionately, and consistently with both patients and staff. Patients don’t remember every detail of a treatment plan, but they always remember how you made them feel. And a team cannot thrive without transparent expectations, praise, accountability, and genuine human connection. For anyone beginning their career, focus on people skills just as much as technical skills. They will take you further than you expect.

**3. Lifelong Learning & Adaptability**
Dentistry changes fast — technology, digital workflows, cosmetic techniques, patient expectations. The commitment to keep learning, improving, and evolving has shaped everything we do at BLVD Dental Aesthetics. It’s what keeps our care modern, our results consistent, and our brand growing. My advice: be curious and stay teachable. The moment you think you’ve “arrived,” you stop growing. Invest in courses, mentors, and experiences that make you better clinically and professionally.

These three qualities — resilience, communication, and continuous learning — have guided my practice, my leadership, and my growth as a cosmetic dentist. For anyone early in their career, strengthening these areas will not only elevate your skills, but also your ability to create a meaningful, sustainable, and impactful professional life.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Absolutely. As the owner of **BLVD Dental Aesthetics**, a boutique cosmetic and general dentistry practice in Los Angeles, I’m always open to collaborating with individuals and brands that align with our mission of elevating patient care, confidence, and community.

We are particularly interested in partnering with:

**• Local businesses and wellness professionals**
Medical spas, facial plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and wellness providers who share our commitment to natural, aesthetic results. These partnerships create a seamless experience for patients interested in full-face aesthetics and overall confidence.

**• Orthodontists and general dentists for referrals**
We welcome collaboration with practices looking for a trusted partner for cosmetic dentistry, veneers, Invisalign, and smile makeover cases. Because my wife operates **Orchid Orthodontics** in the same building, we’re uniquely positioned to offer coordinated care.

**• Content creators and LA-based influencers**
We enjoy collaborating with creators in the beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and health spaces who value authenticity and want to showcase real patient transformations. These collaborations help educate the public about high-quality, ethical cosmetic dentistry.

**• Community and business organizations**
We love supporting local events, small businesses, and community initiatives in the Beverly Grove, Miracle Mile, Mid-Wilshire, and West Hollywood neighborhoods.

Anyone interested in collaborating can reach out directly through our website, **BLVDDentalAesthetics.com**, or connect with us on Instagram at **@dr.danieladelpour**. We are always excited to build meaningful partnerships that elevate patient education, expand access to quality care, and strengthen our Los Angeles community.
