Meet Danielle Clarke

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Danielle Clarke a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Danielle , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Growing up, not being confident and low self esteem were challenging with a mix of insecurities. To change that I started accepting my flaws, avoid comparisons, acknowledge my value and worth because if I don’t accept and respect myself for who I am, no one else will. Surrounded myself with positive people, celebrated my small wins, accept that it’s okay to be wrong. My favorite of all, self care. Be kind to yourself.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Time Management, Self Awareness and Professionalism.

Time Management: Eliminate distractions, prioritize the most important tasks, create a schedule and set your goals correctly.

Self Awareness: understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, values, beliefs, and actions

Professionalism: Communication is Key. Practice active listening to understand the needs and interests of your clients better.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
My mother was my number one supporter. Whenever she got the chance she would promote my brand and shared my story with others. She also helped me with delivering orders so majority of my clients knew my mom. Whatever idea that came to mind even if it’s crazy she would support it. Support is very important and I wish everyone could experience it.

Rest in Sweet Peace Mommy 💐 Asra Scott. ♥️ Forever my Love.
