Meet Dante Jones

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dante Jones. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dante below.

Hi Dante , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

My confidence and self esteem comes from being raised by my father. Being the oldest of 7 total kids. Had no choice but to be confident and stand behind anything I said. I am very confident when it comes to this detail business because no matter what, they are not me. I don’t care who car you how or where I just feel like the experience and quality I offer is unmatched

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

At 3Wayyy Details, we specialize in professional auto detailing with a passion for transforming vehicles. What we do goes far beyond cleaning — we bring cars back to showroom quality, even when they start off looking completely worn, neglected, or “unthinkably” messed up. There’s something incredibly exciting about watching a vehicle come back to life, and that transformation is what drives us every day.

We are hardworking, dedicated to our craft, and committed to excellence. Every detail matters to us — because every customer deserves to feel proud of their car again.

But what truly makes us special is our heart for the community. When we’re not detailing, we’re giving back. From supply drives to feeding those in need, we believe that a strong business is built by supporting the people around us. We exist because of our community, and we make it a priority to pour right back into it.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I think the first thing was failure.
You can’t be afraid to fail in order to succeed. Learning that being knocked down is a part of the business but staying down is a choice.
Don’t get discouraged, there are good day there are bad days take it all with a grain of salt and keep pushing. You get what you put in and as long as you are willing to work the business will work for you. Don’t be greedy and don’t chase.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

The most impactful thing my parents did would have to be just always being honest. They always had my back no matter what it was I was trying or attempting to do. They always told me as long as I’m willing to try im able to succeed and that’s a quality that always stuck with me
