Hi Dante, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I’ve always been a person that enjoyed seeing individuals live their best life. It really hit home, when I seen the pure happiness of completing a workout. The expression of accomplishing something never thought of , pushing beyond limits, as well as finding new ways to be a better individual. It’s these moments, I know It was my purpose to be a Personal Trainer.

I’ve been helping individuals on their fitness journey over 5 years in the fitness industry, Accomplishing great thing along the way, becoming a NASM,Certified Personal, as well as obtaining my associates degree in Fitness and Nutrition, while building a network with individuals of like mined views.

One of the greatest feelings of being a personal trainer, seeing individuals have hope for the future. I feel like I’m helping future generations in ways others may over look, causing a trickle effect in the fitness industry, As well as their everyday life. Pouring confidence, Knowledge, and the experiences of being fit. That they will use not only the with me, but take with them through their entire fitness journey. Taking that energy into the world and showing others that fitness isn’t just a bout looking good, but about up lifting one another, pushing to be better just 1% better each day goes a long way. Mentally and Physically

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m all about evolving, making yourself a well rounded person. The fitness industry is constantly changing, trends, products, etc. As a newly gym owner I feel, I don’t want to get left behind. Planning for the future I’ve decide to return to school to finish out my bachelors degree in sport and health fitness giving me an advantage in the demanding fitness industry, as well as work with future youth athletes.

I’m also deacating my time to be a advocate in the community, helping out with the less fortunate, donating clothing to locally charity groups, Joining local food banks, as well as volunteering the to help give back to the community

This all bring Joy to me know that I’m helping not only in the fitness industry but in the local community with bringing hope.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back I believe my best three qualities were having, Patience, Resilience and Confidence. Having these tough me a lot about myself and made me believe there isn’t anything I’m not capable of doing. Advice I’d give individuals, give yourself grace, Rome wasn’t built in a day and to be good at what you do takes time.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
My community has been the most helpful. Its days when I get that unexpected feedback of how, Ive helped them overcome obstacles in their life, that makes them able to live life a little more exquisitely. It motivates me to continue evolving and growing to be a better coach.
