Meet Darrell Rhashad Shaw

We recently connected with Darrell Rhashad Shaw and have shared our conversation below.

Darrell Rhashad , so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.
How I persist despite the haters, I would have to say it’s my Faith. My faith is really strong. Not really a religious person. But I do believe in the higher power. I believe in manifestation, when you speak things you create your reality. So because of that is how I’ve been able to be persistent and to keep going, no matter what anybody feels or say about me.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
“Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to share my story with your readers. My name is Darrell Rhashad Shaw aka Black Shawd, and I am the founder and driving force behind Troublesome Productions, LLC, a dynamic multimedia company that caters to all your audio needs. From the mesmerizing audio and visuals of music videos to top-notch audio recording, live sound production, and unforgettable DJ events, including weddings, we strive to bring excellence and creativity to every project we undertake.

What sets Troublesome Productions apart is our unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. We understand the power of audio in capturing emotions, telling stories, and creating memorable experiences. Our team of highly skilled professionals combines technical expertise with artistic vision to deliver outstanding results that exceed our clients’ expectations.

In addition to my role as a multimedia entrepreneur, I am also a passionate hip-hop and R&B artist known as Black Shawd. Music has been my lifelong pursuit, and I have been fortunate enough to release a solo album titled ‘Still Me 2 (Neva Change)’ in August last year. This album is a reflection of my personal journey, growth, and artistic expression. It has been incredibly fulfilling to pour my heart and soul into my music and connect with audiences on a deep, emotional level.

With over seventeen years of experience in the industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to both my roles as a multimedia professional and an artist. But what truly drives me is the ability to touch lives through the power of sound and visuals. Whether I’m producing a captivating music video, engineering a flawless audio recording, or setting the stage on fire with electrifying live performances, I aim to create experiences that resonate with people long after the last note fades away.

Looking ahead, I am excited to share that Troublesome Productions has some thrilling developments on the horizon. We are constantly pushing boundaries, exploring new technologies, and expanding our services to provide even more diverse and cutting-edge audio experiences. Stay tuned for upcoming events, product launches, and ventures that will further enhance our brand and solidify our position as leaders in the industry.

In conclusion, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for multimedia production and music with your readers. Troublesome Productions is not just a company—it’s a testament to the transformative power of audio and visual artistry. I invite everyone to join me on this exhilarating journey as we continue to create and innovate, bringing imagination to life through the magical world of sound and visuals.”

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
“When reflecting on my journey, I believe that three qualities have had a profound impact on my success: patience, dedication, and unwavering determination. These qualities have been instrumental in overcoming challenges, pursuing my dreams, and ultimately achieving my goals.

My advice to those who are starting their own journey is to embrace the idea that failure can be a stepping stone to success. Sometimes, in order to win the battle, you may need to experience setbacks and learn from them. Failure can provide valuable lessons and insights that propel you forward on the path to victory. So, don’t be discouraged by temporary defeats; instead, use them as opportunities to grow, develop resilience, and refine your craft.

Patience is another key virtue to cultivate. Success rarely happens overnight, and it’s essential to stay focused and committed to your goals, even in the face of obstacles. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither are thriving careers or businesses. Stay dedicated to your craft, consistently put in the hard work, and trust that your efforts will yield results over time.

Lastly, unwavering determination is what sets apart those who succeed in their chosen paths. It’s the unwavering belief in yourself and your abilities, coupled with a relentless drive to overcome any challenges that come your way. Develop a mindset that refuses to give up, even when faced with adversity. Surround yourself with a supportive network, seek guidance from mentors, and always keep your eye on the prize.

Remember, success is a journey, and it’s important to enjoy the process as much as the destination. Celebrate small victories along the way, stay open to learning and growth, and never lose sight of your passion and purpose. With patience, dedication, and unwavering determination, you have the power to turn your dreams into reality.”

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
“Collaboration is at the heart of my creative journey, and I’m always excited to partner with talented individuals who share a passion for music, film, and comedy. Currently, I am actively seeking collaboration opportunities with fellow artists, producers, filmmakers, and comedians who are looking to join me on this exhilarating adventure.

One of my recent endeavors is the release of my beatbox, featuring 21 high-quality beats in each pack. These beats come with an unlimited license, commercial rights, and track outs, making them an excellent resource for artists who may not have a budget for purchasing industry-standard beats individually. I believe in providing opportunities for artists to access top-notch production without financial limitations.

In addition to producing beats, I also write films and create comedy sketches. I’m eager to collaborate with like-minded creatives who are passionate about storytelling and humor, and who would like to contribute their skills and ideas to these projects.

If you’re interested in collaborating with me or becoming a part of my journey, I encourage you to visit my website at www.blackshawd.com. There, you can explore more about my work, listen to my music, and find detailed information on how to connect with me.

Alternatively, you can reach out to me directly via email at music@blackshawd.com. Whether you’re an artist looking for beats, a filmmaker with a project in mind, or a comedian who wants to collaborate on sketch comedy, I welcome all inquiries and creative proposals.

Let’s join forces, harness our collective talents, and create something extraordinary together. I look forward to connecting with passionate individuals who are ready to make a lasting impact in the world of music, film, and comedy.”
