Meet David Jason Silver

We recently connected with David Jason Silver and have shared our conversation below.

Hi David Jason, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

In my early years of growing up I use to sell candy in my grade school. Eventually stepping up and organized two Snow Ski Trips for my 7th and 8th Grade Grammer School. Shortly staring my first year of high school I started an Auto Detail business with the help of my grandfather designing a brochure and my father assisting with finances. In my college years, I learned realestate obtaining my Arizona Realestate License at 21 years old . I was the youngest applicant in 1987 to be administered the exam. Yes, I pass the first time. I worked for multiple companies throughout the years but in 2001 is when I started acquiring land. I was very proficient in metes and bounds, something very difficult and involves complex geometry formulas. My first land deal was in 2003 where I obtained 20 acres of land. For someone in his early 30’s, that was alot. In 2020 I study and passed Nevada Realestate agent exam adding to my multi state learning in realestate. Fast forward to 2025, I now control 1,800 plus acres in 30 different parcels for the State of Arizona. Back in 2003, my father and brother said the land I was getting would be worth nothing but now Silver Space Port is being planned on 200 plus acres I control.

Listen to yourself and do not listen to the nonsayers, negative people. If I had listened to others I be sitting on ZERO land. I always knew one day I be a land baron like my grandfather who once owned Dateland Air Force Base and multiple hotels. His name was Jack Thomas Silver from my fathers side.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Founder of New Look Auto Detail Company in 1983, I am an real-estate agent in Arizona and Nevada. Former US Navy Reserve, Active Duty with the US Merchant Marines, Former Armed Transportation Officer/Federal Contractor for the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Commercial Truck Driver, Actor who was has done multiple commercials, Featured in a TV appearance on Road to Rawhide and Debut National CBS Television appearance on Let’s Make a Deal in March 2024. I enjoy the challenge of everything I do. I never quit even if the odds are 1000 to 1.

I would donate money and help raise give awareness for endangered parrots and other animals not being protected once Silver Space Port is completed.

I raise exotic parrots, Macaws and African Greys. Very accomplished photographer with a recent US Capital picture, as my Prized Photo ever taken.

As of October 2025, it is confirmed that Silver Space Port will be on track for ground breaking development, once DOD works to allow Space Launches in an Military Operations Area (MOA) of where Silver Space Port is being built.

I am willing and open to allow the Department of Defense, US Air Force and NASA to use Silver Space Port for Spy Satellite launches and other national security operations. My goal is for Silver Space Port to be built and President Donald J Trump is pro space ventures.

I am happy to meet with the President at the White House, to discuss Silver Space Port with him and his cabinet members.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Persistance, persistance. Dedication to what you do. Keep on the goal, even if it seems unachievable in other people’s eyes. Learn everyday and use new skills the world is presenting to you, especially AI.

Work long hours on specific tasks, keep at even after two years you seem it’s not working just take 1 moment and you have solved the equation.

If you have a passion for something stay in your lane and do not allow anyone to push you aside.
