We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Deaunza Albright. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Deaunza below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Deaunza with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic comes primarily from my mother Daphne Albright, who has always been a role model of hard work and dedication. She taught me the importance of perseverance and the value of putting in consistent effort to achieve one’s goals. Her unwavering commitment to her responsibilities inspired me to adopt a similar approach in my own life.
Additionally, my personal values play a crucial role in shaping my work ethic. I believe in integrity, accountability, and the pursuit of excellence. These values drive me to work diligently and ensure that I give my best in every project I undertake. My goals align with these principles, motivating me to push through challenges and continuously strive for improvement, both personally and professionally.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Here at Free Game Productions , I specialize in photography, videography, and music engineering, offering a unique blend of creative services. What excites me most about what I do is the ability to tell compelling stories through visuals and sound. Each project is an opportunity to explore creativity and capture moments that resonate with people on a personal level.
In photography and videography, I strive to create images and videos that not only showcase beauty but also evoke emotions and tell a narrative. I enjoy collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, whether it’s a special event, a personal photoshoot, or promotional content for a brand.
In the realm of music engineering, I find joy in crafting soundscapes that amplify the artistic vision of musicians. The process of mixing and mastering tracks allows me to play a pivotal role in the final product, ensuring that every nuance and detail is polished to perfection.
My brand is rooted in authenticity and passion for artistry. I believe in creating not just services, but experiences that leave a lasting impact. I aim to connect with my clients and audience, building a community that appreciates creativity in all its forms. Ultimately, I want my work to inspire others to express themselves and celebrate their unique stories.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, three qualities that really helped me on my journey are resilience, creativity, and communication.
1. Resilience: I’ve faced challenges and setbacks along the way. Being resilient has helped me bounce back and learn from my mistakes. For those just starting out, embrace setbacks as learning experiences. View challenges as chances to grow instead of walls blocking your path.
2. Creativity: Creativity is essential in my work with music, photography, and videography. To build your creativity, try exploring different art forms and join creative workshops. Don’t be afraid to experiment and try new ideas. Mistakes are part of the process!
3. Communication: Good communication is vital for working with clients and teaming up with other creatives. To improve, practice listening actively and give and receive feedback. Go to networking events to connect with others and build these skills in real situations.
For those just beginning their journey, stay curious and keep learning. Focus on developing these qualities, find mentors, and stay flexible. Building a career takes time, so trust the process and enjoy the ride!

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
In the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been in enhancing my technical skills and expanding my creative capabilities. I dedicated time to learning new techniques in photography and videography, exploring different editing software, and experimenting with various styles. This growth has allowed me to produce higher quality work and bring fresh ideas to each project.
Additionally, I focused on improving my music engineering skills by diving deeper into sound design and mastering techniques. This has not only elevated my work but also boosted my confidence in collaborating with musicians.
On a personal level, I’ve also seen growth in my ability to manage client relationships and communicate more effectively. Building rapport and understanding client needs has helped me serve them better and create more impactful work.
Overall, these improvements have made a significant difference in my business, enabling me to offer a wider range of services and strengthen my brand. I’m excited to continue this journey and see where it leads!
