We recently connected with Deborah Dominguez and have shared our conversation below.
Deborah, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
I come from a family of true devotion, and I firmly believe that everything we receive is given to us in abundance to be shared with communities that lack it.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I have been an artist for over two decades, and despite any struggles that an artistic career might present, I wouldn’t change one step of my path. I have found beauty on every single ground of my journey and maintain excitement for the personal and professional challenges the future might bring. More importantly, life has taught me a deeper meaning ART brings us: the power on change and healing, what really keeps an artist alive.
Currently, I am in the process of founding my own artistic company: BE-LIeVE, in collaboration with my dear friend, artist, and beautiful being, Gisely Ayub, from magical Bolivia. Our vision goes beyond reaching international audiences; we aim to establish a multi-format platform that transcends boundaries through art, theatre, film, TV, installations, and stages, creating a safe space for all voices. Our partners will be multilingual, allowing us to connect with diverse language speakers and communities worldwide as transcending the idea of equality.
The main purpose of BE-LIeVE is to build ONE message: embracing humanity as one race and the world as its shared home. Although we acknowledge the challenges of this ambitious idea, we truly believe that we are not the only ONEs and we feel honored to invite every beautiful being who stands for the need for a change to follow our journey.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO HEAL
Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
Breathe, breathe, breathe.
Nothing deserves taking over your peace and whatever feels overwhelming now, time, meditation, silence, love and a good sleep will heal. I promise you. Embrace your people. Ask for help. Allow yourself to be vulnerable and take your time.
