Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Demetric Bond. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Demetric , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I’ve always been sure of myself since I was a very young child this confidence came from my mother’s belief in me
though we were poor my mother said something to me one day that changed my life we were watching a movie and the bad guys held a kid for ransom of a million dollars I looked at my mom and asked her would you pay 1 million dollars to get me back she looked at me and said your more valuable then all the money in the world to me and she meant it . And I never stopped believing it

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

At this point in my life I regained the love back for creating music and song writing for artist my Chinese brother ivor law and I embark on a journey to have the largest international label in Southeast Asia we call it RuShower Records
We have amazing team and great artist from Cambodia her name is prine she’s beautiful she can sing in Chinese Khmer and English look out for her around May 1 2025 we also have amazing model by the name of iilrezii he’s from Russia but he’s doing big things in south east asia fashion industry

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

3 qualities you must have

1 you must have a strong relationship with the creative of all or whoever your God may be

2 confidence and self belief Nobody’s going to believe in you until you make it

3 you must know relationships, and people are the most important asset to any business

My advice to people who are early in their journey would be it’s gonna take years to accomplish. Your goals is going to be hard and if it was easy, everybody could do it so enjoy the hard times because of those times and those memories will be the best after you reach success.

I would like to collaborate with people who think outside of the box when it comes to music I would like to collaborate with people who don’t care about money and fame, but art and having an original sound
