We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Denise Andreoli a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Denise, so great to have you with us today. There are so many topics we want to ask you about, but perhaps the one we can start with is burnout. How have you overcome or avoided burnout?
I overcome or avoid burnt out in many ways. I’ve learned to allow my self to rest when my body is tired. I say no to things that I do not want to say yes to.
Practice self care & spending time alone in a must . It keeps my energy recharged & clear.
Setting boundaries with both my professional & personal life has made a huge difference as well.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m a natural born medium who is clairvoyant/intuitive. Which means I’m able to connect , see , feel & communicate with loved ones in spirit. Also I’m extremely intuitive which means I’m able to see clearly into past , present & near future bringing guidance & clarity to situations.
I am also a Divine Healer & Empath.
All my readings are channeled as I only need the tools & gifts with in.
Some of the services that I provide are Mediumship – Intuitive Readings, Spiritual Guidance & Counseling , Guided Meditation, Past Life Regressions , Divine Healing & Chakra Alignments & Clearing.
My mission is to spread as much unconditional love , divine love & light , & healing to as many people as I can.
I feel extremely grateful & blessed to have been trusted & given these gifts to help others .
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back I would say believing in my self & capabilities would be the major impact in this journey along with trusting the process & having faith in the journey itself. My advice for those who have started on their own spiritual journey would be always take what resonates with you as we each have our own unique gifts & purpose. Always trust your gut & don’t overthink it.
Always come from a pure heart & good intentions .
Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
My advice would be when you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious to go outside. When I’m feeling overwhelmed I take a step back & go off into nature. Usually it’s a long meditative walk to help me get out of my head & center a bit so that I can hear my higher self guiding me . I also found that sitting by the ocean and just taking a few deep breaths is also helpful when I am a bit overwhelmed. Journaling can be a great outlet for bringing things into awareness and helping us to be present. I have found that writing or saying at least 3 things I’m grateful for helps to bring me into a calm & centered place.
