We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Diana Rinatovna a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Diana, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
One of the first and most important steps to achieving a positive self-outlook is to stop comparing yourself to others. You can only work with what you have – and that is probably a lot, so stop focusing on what others have and focus on what YOU have and embrace it. In my life positive affirmations and positive self-talk are my key to building my self-esteem. My message for everyone – simply do what you love. When we are doing something what you enjoy, our brains naturally release endorphins that make us happy. Hit the gym, read a book, do yoga, meditation – make an effort to set aside time to do things that make you feel happy.
Also one of the important thing to build your confidence and self-esteem – The People who love and care about me will be my biggest support system in my journey to positive self-worth. Surround yourself with people who invigorate and energize you and make you feel positive about reaching your goals.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I Am overall Champion Of South Carolina #SNBF in Fitness Bikini competition and PRO – ATHLETE. In Fitness Industry more then 12 years.
Till this present day, I am as a personal trainer, i have online workout classes , helping women to get in shape, ensure they are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise results.

We empower women to travel, to pursue adventure, to create meaningful and lasting friendships, and above all, to take care of themselves mind, body, and spirit.
This is my first business and project. I am extremely grateful to my husband Viktor for the support and implementation of this idea.

I work with famous brands of : clothing, cosmetics, restaurants and hotels. Also commercial sports projects, I was an actress in films – I tried myself in 2 Netflix series: MOMS, BALLERS.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Growth. Resilience. Positive attitude
Growth in everything
Mental growth – focuses on the development of your mind, such as the way you think and learn
Social growth – involves improving your communication skills
Spiritual growth – refers to connecting with yourself on a holistic level, developing as a person and finding inner peace
Emotional growth – focuses on the development and management of your feelings and how you react to situations
Resilience
Setbacks and failures are a part of life, but how you choose to deal with those roadblocks is what is critical to your success. Resilience is the ability to bounce back in the face of obstacles and failures
Positive attitude
Being calm and cheerful when things go wrong.
Advice for folks who are early in their journey – Be persistent and don’t give up! Learn as much as you can!To me, faith means believing in something even when you can’t see it.
As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
The book what played an important role in my life is : “The Power of Now” – the book takes on an inspiring spiritual journey to find their true and deepest self and reach the ultimate in personal growth and spirituality: the discovery of truth and light. According to the book, of the most valuable – only the present moment is real and only the present moment matters, and both an individual’s past and future are created by their thoughts.
