Meet Dina Kleiman

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dina Kleiman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dina below.

Dina, thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?
I love this question! I have fluorescent yellow hair, so I am always the only one in the room who looks like me.

To answer your question, how others perceive my appearance is really none of my business. Other people’s opinions do not affect my capacity to get things done or succeed in my chosen field.

I have achieved success the old-fashioned way – by studying hard, working diligently, and staying true to myself.

If you are wondering why I color my hair yellow – the answer is quite simple: the yellow color makes me happy, and I think we should do things that bring us joy and make us feel alive.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Our life experiences are more than just memories within our minds, they are also energetic imprints within our bodies. And it’s not only what happens in this life – our bodies also carry memories from past lives and our family bloodline.

When we accumulate a lot of negative imprints, we become stuck in a constant state of worry, experience brain fog and fatigue, develop symptoms of anxiety and depression, and eventually fall ill with physical diseases.

These negative imprints also limit our growth and block the path to our true selves. They prevent us from developing our spiritual gifts, following our soul’s mission, and reaching our full potential.

This is why people come to see me – to let go of the negativity and emotional baggage that’s blocking their path to their highest potential and living their soul’s true purpose. I also help people discover and nurture the unique gifts within them, and then guide them in using those gifts to make a positive impact on the world.

I use a unique combination of traditional and modern techniques such as Energy Healing, Intuitive Readings, Chakra Balancing, Akashic Records, Past Life Regression, Reiki, Crystals, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, and Somatic Therapy to help you create the life you love.

I also teach classes and workshops on a variety of spiritual and metaphysical topics.

When you feel ready to break free from negative imprints and unlock your true potential, schedule an intuitive reading with me. Together, we will explore the depths of your inner self and uncover the path to your fullest potential.

We can meet remotely on Zoom or in person in my Laguna Niguel, CA office.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
I’ll start with the advice:

If you have a strong desire to pursue something but are scared to do it, do it anyway. You can be absolutely terrified and still achieve success.

If you do not feel confident, proceed nonetheless. That know-it-all critic inside your head is a part of you and will always be there. Don’t fight it, simply take its power away by following your dreams.

If you’re not sure what you want or if your actions will work, take a leap of faith and go for it. You won’t know if it’s right or wrong until you try.

Life is a paradox. We live in a physical reality where two seemingly opposing things are true at the same time.

Accepting this fact is one of the biggest things that has helped me reach where I am today.

It allows me to embrace the full spectrum of experiences, understand that uncertainty is a part of growth, and recognize that every situation, whether positive or negative, is still progress.

Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
When I was a kid, my parents always encouraged me to read books, but honestly, I found it pretty dull. I preferred to be out running around with my friends instead of sitting at home and reading.

One summer day, when I was around 8 or 9 years old, I was bored because none of my friends could come out to play. So, I picked up a book about a dog who lost its owner and set out on a journey to find him. Little did I know that this book would change my life.

I vividly remember sitting on our 17th-floor balcony, the warm sun on my skin. As I reached the end, I started bawling uncontrollably because the dog had died without ever finding his owner.

I was a mess, covered in tears and snot, but at the same time elated because I felt something I’d never experienced before—raw, unfiltered emotion created by simple words printed on a page.

I did not know books could create such powerful experiences.

From that moment on, I was completely hooked on reading.
