Hi Divonya , you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depends on authentic generosity and empathy and so we’d love to hear about how you become such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?
The inspiration behind Phoenix Rising Home Care Agency stems from my personal experiences and a lifelong commitment to caring for others. Growing up as a young adult, I learned the value of generosity and compassion by taking care of the elderly and being a source of help whenever needed. These early experiences ignited a passion within me for providing care and support to those in need.
My journey took a poignant turn when I had to care for my sick mother, who unfortunately passed away when I was only 19 years old. Subsequently, in 2021, my father fell ill, and I dedicated myself to being by his side, striving to make his life as comfortable as possible. Witnessing his struggles and navigating the available resources to ease his suffering opened my eyes to the profound impact of quality care for the sick and vulnerable.
Tragically, my father succumbed to Covid-19 in 2021, plunging me into a period of profound grief, pain, and introspection. Through moments of healing, meditation, and self-discovery, I had a transformative realization – caregiving is not just what I do, but it is who I am meant to be. From this place of profound loss and rebirth, the concept of Phoenix Rising Home Care Agency was born.
As the Phoenix rises from the ashes, I aim to bring a beacon of hope, compassion, and excellence in home care services. With a deep sense of gratitude, love, peace, and happiness, I embark on this journey to provide quality care, support, and companionship to those in need.
