Dmitriy, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I found my purpose through a combination of passion, practical experience, and my Jewish faith. Growing up, my faith instilled in me values of hard work, community, and helping others, which guided my career choices. As I delved into marketing and product management, I saw how high-quality media could transform businesses. This realization inspired me to start 3D Media, where I blend creativity with strategic marketing to help businesses thrive. My faith continues to inspire and drive me in my professional journey, affirming that this path is my true calling.

I’m Dmitriy Hanuka, the owner of 3D Media, a full-service media agency in Irvine. We specialize in digital imaging, website development, and creative marketing production, aimed at elevating brands through high-quality media and innovative strategies.

What excites me most is transforming clients’ visions into impactful media that drives their success. Currently, we’re expanding our services to include more interactive and immersive media experiences. We also have upcoming product launches and events that will highlight our latest digital marketing innovations.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back on my journey, three qualities and skills were most impactful:

1. **Resilience**: The ability to persevere through challenges and setbacks has been crucial. Starting and growing 3D Media wasn’t without its difficulties, but maintaining a resilient mindset helped us overcome obstacles and continue pushing forward. For those early in their journey, it’s important to stay committed to your vision and not be discouraged by failures. Learn from them and keep moving.

2. **Continuous Learning**: Staying updated with industry trends and continuously improving skills have been essential. The media and marketing landscapes are always evolving, and being adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and techniques has allowed us to stay competitive. I advise newcomers to invest in their education, whether through formal courses, online tutorials, or hands-on experience.

3. **Networking and Relationship Building**: Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers has been a cornerstone of our success. Networking opens doors to opportunities and collaborations that can significantly impact your business. For those starting out, focus on building genuine connections, attending industry events, and actively participating in professional communities.

By developing resilience, committing to continuous learning, and building strong networks, you can set a solid foundation for a successful journey in any field.
