Meet Dr. Anesha Fuller

We were lucky to catch up with Dr. Anesha Fuller recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Anesha, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My work ethics comes from being goal-oriented and motivated. For example, I was raised with the attitude of what’s next. After every other next level, you must achieve a next goal. I never allowed myself to get complacent or not want for more. As a result, this keeps me from falling behind. People always tell me they admire my work ethic because I am A BEAST!!!! I always go for what I want and I stop at NOTHING!!

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
If this is your first time meeting me, Welcome to you, and I am ecstatic’s you’re getting to know Dr. Fuller, the Brand and powerhouse. As a serial entrepreneur, I provide multiple services. These services include a 16-year photography business assisting the NYC tri-state area. I am an author that has written three books and another one on the way. I have a non-profit called the No Rest Until Success Foundation Inc that offers workshops and a one-time scholarship to NYC tri-state high school students yearly.

I also have aspiring author writing services, college-level e-courses, and my most newly launched business venture: Preeminence Professional Consulting Agency, geared towards providing various educational consultant services and workshops & The Signature Doc Notary & Professional Services: My notary and Professional Services Business.

I got into my industry because there is a need for excellence in each of the businesses and projects I launch, and what sets me apart from others is my business’s authenticity, strategy, and technique. Many people start a business for the opportunity to say they own a business, or it looks good as a conversation piece, but they need to be about their products or services. In everything attached to my name, I do it to the best of my ability, and take it seriously. Some people need to remember that business, products, and services are always run by word of mouth, so anything attaches to your business product and services has to be unique and professional at all times and, most importantly, make sense! You have to provide your clientele with a substance that can be utilized and not feel like it’s a waste of money.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Three qualities that were most impactful in your journey:
• Consistency
• Determination
• Being Optimistic
These three qualities have shaped my journey because you need all three to WIN!!!! There are going to be days when you want to give up, but you can’t. You must be deeply rooted in your purpose you will always stay consistent. If you are determine you will always be optimistic in the midst of doubt.
If you want to improve on all these three qualities, you must picture yourself at where you want to be at in life. This will help you to sharpen all three of these qualities.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am looking to network and collaborate in the areas of Community Based Organization, Loan Agency ( Title Companies, NJ Lawyers and other Professionals) and other organizations where my services can be ultized.
