Meet Dr. Christina Jerger

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Dr. Christina Jerger. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Dr. Christina, so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room: how have you found your purpose even when you are the only one in the room that looks like you?

Love this question, let’s start! My entire life, I followed the path of getting the best education, having the best career in corporate and one day getting married and having kids. I followed quietly until I turned 36. I found myself sitting in the boardroom of Mercedes with that PhD and endless hours of work on the table, actually realizing the dreams of another person, but not mine. I went to the bathroom, looked into the mirror and didn’t recognise this woman facing me. She had absolutely no joy and spark in her eyes, she was pale, looked exhausted, unemotional, and like a man. It hit me hard, I was burned out from not being my authentic and feminine self.

I left the boardroom and never returned. I quit the career, left my boyfriend, sold all of my belongings, and bought a one way ticket to Bali. It was that moment I cut all ties and embarked the self-discovery journey to reconnect with myself. Probably for the first time in my life. While recovering from my burnout I worked with life coaches who helped me uncovering blocks and limiting beliefs from the past. They’ve pushed me to be myself, a gorgeous feminine woman. I made the moves to change because I couldn’t resist my own desires and needs anymore. No matter what people thought about it, I did, because I wanted it that way.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

While living in Bali, I was thinking about what to do next. I wanted to work for my own dreams and support ambitious women who feel stuck in the same conflicting situation at work. It became my purpose to coach elite women in a way I craved back then. Today, I’m a femininity coach located in Los Angeles, CA and help boss babes to become irresistibly feminine to reach more abundance with ease rather than hustling as hard as a man. We work on their mindset and make success easy and fun. Besides, once reconnected with their sensuality and sexual vitality, women tap into fulfilling relationships, date their dream masculine men, and have the best sex ever. It’s like igniting their alluring and soft feminine that so many ambitious women had to neglect because of the hustle and performance culture we live in nowadays. Time to stop the overwhelm and overthinking and start feeling again.

My coaching is called “Femininity Makeover” and it’s very sensual and feminine. To awaken a woman’s feminine and get her out of her head, we have to trigger her senses and emotions which are rooted in her body. We do exercises such as blind-folding, sensual eating, screaming, mirror self-talk and many more. I have super exciting things coming up for all amazing women in LA (if you are not in LA, make sure you book your flight and come to LA!). Several incredible and juicy events will take place throughout this year. On top, I recorded a coaching show with female entrepreneurs. You definitely don’t want to miss it and hear us talking about success, men, and sex. The real and unfiltered conversations will launch on my YouTube channel (@iamdrchristina) this summer. Make sure you follow along on Instagram (@iamdrchristina) to get all updates and my BTS stories. If you want to book your personal Femininity Makeover, secure your spot asap as I can’t accept as many women as usual this year.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Becoming a successful entrepreneur after you’ve been in the corporate world comes with work on yourself first! Entrepreneurship is always about embracing the unknown and the unknown is always perceived as a threat by your nervous system. It’s that typical rollercoaster you subscribe to. What I’ve learned over the last years creating a business from scratch is 1/ to make yourself the priority in your life. It starts and ends with you. If you as the business owner are not happy or authentic, neither is your business. 2/ To get more confident, resilient and to ride the daily rollercoaster with so much fun, you have to expand your comfort zone. Don’t listen to your thoughts. Under no circumstances, because they’ll keep you stuck and within the known comfort zone. If negative thoughts come up, you go anyways because you know that this is the area of expansion. And 3/ find a new inspiring community as most likely your corporate people won’t understand. Find coaches, mentors, and your new tribe.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Staying authentic and feminine as a boss babe requires persistence to not fall back into the hustle trap. Female embodiment happens 24/7, even if you are aware of it or not. Female embodiment isn’t something you just start as a woman because you have time, been on a sh*tty date, or are bored. It’s work and rewiring your subconscious mind takes time and it’s that muscle you train daily. So I trained and mastered so many challenging situations! From saying no to incredibly promising collaborations because they didn’t felt in alignment, to building a coaching business as a luxury brand for women with a very different approach because I stopped comparing myself with other coaches. I couldn’t be happier with having made those decisions as they felt wrong for others, but so absolutely right for me.
