Meet Dr. Christina Jerger

We were lucky to catch up with Dr. Christina Jerger recently and have shared our conversation below.

Dr. Christina, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

Excited to answer your question! I believe that we can have several purposes in life and that those change over our lifetime. Some might last for a short period, some for years. The good thing: we can always change, no need to stick to one purpose. Following one purpose might also block us from evolution. How to get there? Be truly and deeply honest to yourself and check in on that regularly. What it is that you want and especially who do you see yourself in the future? What skills does this future version of you have? How does that version think, speak, and act? Then simply act like your future self today. I found my current purpose doing exactly that, I used solo traveling to spend time alone, shed all influences, and was brutally honest with myself.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m Dr. Christina, a dating coach turned tech founder on a mission to revolutionize modern dating using AI. After having coached hundreds of singles, I noticed how severe dating burnout really is. How swipe culture and shallow connections were emotionally exhausting people rather than leading to love and depth. Thus, I decided to build the dating app we all wish existed! BONDED is a next-generation dating app that uses AI, psychological profiling, and guided bonding journeys to help people go deeper – emotionally, intentionally, and with clarity. Currently, we are in our pre-launch phase and working on improving our AI technology to give an ethical and human dating experience to our users. I’d like to offer your readers early and free access once we launch by signing up via https://femsaloud.com/waitlist-bonded.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I’m all about becoming a better human, whether in professional or private life. Change is something very beautiful. As a kid learns to walk, we can always go through a crazy evolution in our adulthood. What is always crucial to play out: curiosity – confidence – being delusional. Curiosity to stay open for learning and experiencing new things. Confidence to pursue a new life journey unapologetically. Being delusional to create and a hold a vision of yourself and your life that you have never ever dreamt about. When you look around – you’ll see that everything is possible once you make the decision that it is!

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

Depending on the level of overwhelm, I’d suggest the following that helps me the most. If it’s a small overwhelm, i.e. you can’t make that decision, you overthink, you’re stressed – press pause, get out of the situation, change the surrounding, distract yourself with something that brings you peace. If it’s a heavy overwhelm, i.e. you spiral, experience anxiety, forget major things, and make simple mistakes – press pause, leave the situation immediately, use techniques to calm your nervous system such as going for a walk, working out, meditation. In all cases, problems become less challenging, solutions appear, strategies get found to solve the situation – it’s all about reducing overwhelm and being more present again.
