Meet Dr. Jessie Lynn, Ph.D.

We were lucky to catch up with Dr. Jessie Lynn, Ph.D. recently and have shared our conversation below.

Dr. Jessie, appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?

It’s great that you asked that question because creativity is a fascinating topic. The famous quote from Einstein is known to us: “Creativity is intelligence having fun!” And given the state of the world these days, who wouldn’t benefit from engaging in more creative fun? As a Neuroscientist with a Doctorate in Quantum Physics, I believe that having fun is an essential part to preserving my general well-being. In a similar vein, I relish inspiring people to make more time for fun and assisting them in overcoming life’s challenges. I offer strategies for preserving mental health and wellbeing since they let us express ourselves creatively and I am happy to share those techniques with our Bold Journey readers today.

I believe that each one of us possess unique creative outlets – some may go undetected or even abandoned at times, but each of us have the capacity for creativity.  Usually, when we accomplish the unique thing that makes us light up and feel happy and fulfilled, that’s when our creativity begins to shine. With life being more and more demanding, it’s important now more than ever before to give ourselves time to purposefully balance out the stressors we feel. This Bold Journal part should excite our readers, but more than anything, I hope it will motivate them to embrace their creative flow once more.

Although most professionals begin their workday by checking their emails, I like to start my day by mentally preparing myself. I engage in brain training exercises that put me in a creative flow condition to clear my head. I clear my head before checking my email or answering calls or texts. Coloring and doing crossword puzzles are two of my favorite activities. These activities are so dear to my heart that I have been doing them since I was a young child.

Puzzle solving is something I’ve become better at. My mother used to give me word search books when I was little, and I would love spending hours upon hours looking for words. Let’s fast-forward to the present day, when I still solve puzzles; it’s only that the riddles I solve now are much more difficult.  To scale this today, I decode the Gurdjieffian Enneagrams, which teaches things like the Eleven Levels of Human Consciousness and the Eleven Levels of Cosmos (Cosmogony), as well as how mathematics and astronomy connect. Yes, us nerds geek out about really gnarly things. I also read in multiple dimensions to foster creativity (if you want to learn more about multidimensional reading then pick up “Downloads From The Nine” by Matias Flury).

Interpreting hieroglyphic inscriptions is another enjoyable creative endeavor of mine. I achieve this by applying the “Trilinear Method,” which I gleaned from Dr. Muata Ashby’s work. Inscriptions found on Shabaka Stone, Papyri, and Hieroglyphic Inscriptions are among the several artifacts. With a history stretching back to 30 AD, the Shabaka Stone is arguably the oldest relic still in existence. These stones are currently housed in the Smithsonian Museum and are searchable on Google.  In contrast to the Alphabet, which has only 26 letters, the Shabaka Text is a 1536 letter-coded system that scales human consciousness.

Alright, let’s take it easy and go back to coloring! I think coloring is very badass. Yes, I still color, which suggests that I’m kind of gangsta, hehe. I visit the store in search of the most imaginative and enjoyable coloring books. I also buy gigantic crayons, colored pencils, and flavored candy-scented markers because, well, who doesn’t like candy-scented markers? and I set aside time every day to immerse myself in a fantastical universe that exists only in that fleeting moment of creativity. I let my thoughts go into a fantasy world where I can escape reality and experience something unusual. My frogs are thus occasionally blue and occasionally purple, my flowers are occasionally black and occasionally green, and my skies are frequently vibrant cotton-candy sunsets, all of which contribute to nostalgic feeling tones. I color against the grain because it uplifts and sustains my spirit. When it comes to producing art, especially if it brings you joy, there are no rules and no right or wrong answers. Thus, take into consideration what you are reading right now the next time you find yourself in a rut and in need of some creative inspiration.

Fortunately, research on adults who color is positive. The most recent research, as reported by Neurosciencenews.com, shows through case studies that coloring books are good for our health because they elevate our mood, lower stress levels, and naturally increase creativity by causing the brain to release feel-good chemicals like dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin. Additionally, coloring can help to calm down the Amygdala, the part of our brain that controls fear. Because coloring quiets the racing ideas in the mind, it creates a condition similar to that of meditation. Furthermore, research indicates that the typical mind generates over 50,000 thoughts every day, which can be extremely exhausting for someone lacking a creative outlet.  Fortunately, placing our creative ideas on paper is something we can all do and will prove to be a terrific method to create time for silence and mindfulness, which fosters creativity.

I lose myself in never-never land when coloring, and I credit this hobby for a large portion of my achievement. At the moment, I have three degrees in quantum physics: a double bachelor’s, a double master’s, and a doctorate (Ph.D.). The coolest thing ever, and perhaps the hardest project I’ve ever finished, is my doctorate. Under the title “Exploring The Edge Of The Universe And The Science Of Mind Travel,” I instruct and enlighten executives at Fortune 500 companies like Google, Northrop Grumman, and NASA on cutting edge issues in mind science, such astral projection, quantum leaps, and time slips.

In addition, I was honored to be admitted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Honor Society, in acknowledgment of my exceptional academic accomplishment, as a result of pursuing my artistic side. In addition, I released my first book, “Career Discovery: Aligning Passions with Purpose,” which encourages people to live their lives with meaning. I was given the International Association of Women’s “Influencer of the Year” award as a consequence of my efforts. Aiding others in the development of their creative outlets also has a direct impact on this. All things considered, I would suggest coloring to any adult wishing to explore something as unique and amazing as coloring has been. I genuinely think that coloring will make you happier as well.

Apart from coloring, I also engage in brain training, mind mapping, and listening to music that inspires creativity. As a seasoned brain-trainer with twelve years of experience, I believe that mental fitness exercises are equally, if not more, significant than physical fitness exercises. While many of us frequently engage in physical fitness activities, very few of us set aside time each day to engage in “mental fitness activities.” It is my dream that an increasing number of readers would be motivated to place a high priority on developing their mental muscles.  This is where the benefits of mental power are shown; those of us who increase brain adaptability experience a greater level of intellectualism and engage in unconventional and just plain cool activities.

I’ll take you to the subject of creative outlets number two: mind mapping. As you might imagine, creative outlets excite the mind, and an increasing number of individuals are looking for ways to find stimulation. The use of mind mapping is crucial. The latest research indicates that mind mapping is among the quickest techniques to generate creative ideas. A mind map is an excellent tool for organizing ideas and data visually. It is essentially a graph. Because mind mapping enables my mind to form new synaptic connections between the two hemispheres of the brain, I really enjoy it.  Individuals that possess the capacity to simultaneously utilize both hemispheres of their brain are truly exceptional, functioning in a Multi-Genius state. A multi-genius is a person who has the capacity to use both sides of their brain simultaneously. These mega-brains usually perform unique and uncommon tasks.

If one can teach the mind to form synaptic connections more quickly, then anyone can teach the brain to function in a Multi-Genius state. The mind will not only start to feel creative right away, but its neuroplasticity will also start to expand. Imagine the possible uses for this knowledge after both hemispheres of the brain are trained to exchange neurons concurrently. SuperHuman functionality is the result of both hemispheres of the brain activating simultaneously. This entails developing from a one-sided to a whole-brain thinker; from using only 10% of the mind to using 100% of the brain’s capacity.

I was first introduced to mind mapping by Tony and Barry Buzan as a way to spark creativity since it promotes higher levels of innovation and radiant thinking. I advise readers to explore their own Mind Map journey if they would like to learn more about this subject.

Brain training is an effective way to experience higher levels of creativity. Every day, I train for at least 10 to 15 minutes before work. I listen to something called “Sonic Drivers,” and “Binaural Beats”, which activate the brain’s auditory cortex.  In this state, my brain operates at a higher frequency and it is in this state that I authored my first book as well as my first Dissertation (which was in Physics – Quantum Physics, which I will share a sneak peak with you later in this article).

The sound-frequency tools that shift the brain’s operational state from a beta-wave (stressed-out) state to an alpha-wave (calm) state are usually my favorite sonic driving tools. I utilize Hemi-Sync Waves and either the 432 Hz or 528 Hz setting to do this. Research has shown that Sonic Drivers are all risk-free, simple-to-understand techniques that foster creativity. I suggest working with a neuroscientist to learn how to execute some of the brain training exercises that are outlined in this article if you’re interested in having more profound creative moments.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I believe that there are a few interesting things about my work that are worthy of sharing.  I think my journey to self-actualization is the most remarkable. It all started in 2016 when I graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, with a master’s degree in business management and leadership. I was bothered at the time by the fact that, although holding a prestigious degree, my heart and mind were confused about what my purpose in life was. At the time, all I knew was that I had more to offer the world—more of my intellect and my abilities. In addition, I still hold the conviction that I am capable of spearheading change that will improve the world .

My drive to find my mission was stoked by my Pepperdine graduation, which also made it clear to me that many of my peers shared the same ambition. This event provided the inspiration for my first book because, at the time, I was facing a great deal of hardship and lacked a sense of purpose in the work that I was doing. I wrote my first book as a call to action to assist people in finding their purpose. As a result, Career Discovery’s Aligning Passions With Purpose was released and published in 2018.

Let’s go back to the present day. The gap I see in the current health market has ignited a new flame in my soul, and I feel compelled to do something about it. The health issues we currently face pose a new threat to the world market. Health metrics appear to be declining as insurance rates appear to be rising. It doesn’t set well that when someone is sick, they have to spend top price for treatment. It actually annoys me a lot. And for that reason, I took action once more.

I made the decision to go back to school to pursue my love and enthusiasm for Science, namely Physics, after receiving my master’s degree and starting Career Discovery for people who were looking for their purpose. My current goal is to carry out the essential work to close the knowledge gap between Eastern and Western medicine and establish settings in which practitioners can benefit from one another’s knowledge. Maybe we can turn the tide and provide a more complete healthcare system if we are all willing to let go of our need to be right and replace our beliefs regarding what it takes to cure the body. If enough practitioners become involved, perhaps we can start learning from one another and helping those who are most in need of treatments by sharing what we know at scale across the Global markets to essentially produce a better path.

The current objective is to establish a single, easily accessible location wherein sick individuals may obtain information guiding them toward a do-it-yourself remedy. Having said that, consider the subject of “Wellness With Physics” as one in which we discover cutting-edge approaches to treatment and maintain our curiosity about possible cures. Perhaps we should restrict our research on curing rather than treating symptoms.  Let’s explore the scenario when someone has cancer. The process of treatment is pretty much predetermined. What if, however, we opened the Globe to discover and observe the cancer-related efforts of our indigenous allies? What are they up to in the Amazon, in Nepal, and in Tibet? In the Peruvian forests, where there are no hospitals at all, what steps are being taken to address cancer, given that there are reports of success relative to cancer cures?

If we research non-traditional healing, follow our curiosity, and perhaps even study some more of these methods and treatments, we can start imparting what we discover on our platform. If this is done correctly and effectively, perhaps people will be given the confidence to manage their own health management. When I flew to Columbia, I saw firsthand what this could look like.  I learned beneath King Khurhu while seated at his feet. I saw King Khurhu take the bark of a tree and cut it at its root and then boil it. He gave it to a cancer patient, and the patient recovered. He puts the remedy into bottles and refers to his curative medicine as “God’s Code.”  He extends his offer to anyone who is ill in any way. He calls himself the Medicine Man and has been doing earth healing for over 50 years. It goes without saying that I find these kinds of studies and phenomena to be fascinating. This research has become my life’s passion.

My study is provocative, which is part of the reason Bold Journal invited me to be interviewed. It’s audacious. To challenge the existing quo is brave. And since it seems to make the most sense, I am challenging it from the prism of physics. To put it simply, my study hypothesis is this: again, think about “Wellness With Physics,” in which the brain functions as a growth catalyst to fight off an illness or virus.  According to this viewpoint, an increase in Hyperspace Energy will cause the mind-brain to function at a higher frequency. Through my research, I am able to demonstrate that in order for a cure to occur, it must first take place in the brain and then be sent to the body through the neurotransmitters of the neurological system that links the two.

In this case, a treatment or healing would emanate from the mind via its neurological system and be applied to the corresponding physical energy location where the disease or virus first manifested. In order to achieve complete homeostasis, the objective is to increase the body’s frequency state to that of the sickness, with the sun’s electromagnetic energy and a rise in hyperspace energy serving as the main performers.  This is where Sun-gazing takes place and is done here; it is a non-traditional therapeutic technique that has been utilized from the beginning of time, but it is obviously not a traditional one.

Electromagnetic energy plays a key role in this scenario as it pushes the body’s disease past its current frequency and rests in a state of ease, which is its natural state altogether. It also increases one’s Hyperspace Energy, which leads to a cure. We would witness the intersection of synaptic connections activating both hemispheres of the mind. Make sense?  Additionally, during this “higher intellectual state,” electromagnetic wave particle frequencies start to reshape the body’s cell structure (a natural stem cell application/phenomena occurring, which is known as “Epigenetics”). This essentially enables the neurological system to “reverse engineer” ANY illness, infection, or virus, and the brain’s neuroplasticity begins to expand, which eventually  produces the cure. I view this as forward-thinking healing done right!

This is thought-provoking research, and I think it’s important for the public to know that healings are happening right now and that these healings are being documented. These healings take place outside of the lab, and I believe that’s where we should aim our needle and let our curiosity go –  into the jungle and BEYOND THE LAB. We can learn more about the traditional healing methods used in the world’s most isolated regions, which will help us generate fresh ideas and produce innovative solutions. That is the purpose of my study. Regarding the healing technique I just outlined, I translated it from Shabaka Stone, which states that there is a plant or flower that can cure every ailment or virus. Shabaka Text is delivered to us as a 1536 letter coded system, as opposed to the 26 letter coded system of the Alphabet. Even though this level of coding is tough, anyone who is willing to learn and appreciates the intersection of mathematics and physics can achieve it.

As a result of my research, I am proud to be in a position today to present a “ONE SIZE FITS ALL APPROACH” to healing any virus or disease, and I intend to teach this technique to anyone who is curious to learn of alternative paths to achieve health.  The ultimate goal of my research is to demonstrate that the body cannot mend or heal itself. Based on molecular biology and epigenetics,  I have learned that the neurological system cannot convey healing to the body until healing has first taken place in the mind.

After discovering that there are alternate routes to wellness and health, I established The Woman’s Healing Network, which is targeted at women—that is, those who own a womb. Our goal at WHN is to bring together professionals from all backgrounds to offer a universally accessible, cost-effective approach to wellness that can be completed in the convenience and comfort of one’s own home. My goal is to share with others the knowledge I have gained from researching various healing practices from throughout the world and from my own personal studies.

Furthermore, I would like to see greater public transparency regarding the precise state of the medical field’s success rates in creating remedies. I hope that WHN and this study will soon provide a scoreboard that shows the names and degrees of the people who are producing CURES.

In addition, I would like to see greater accountability at the M.D. level, where physicians are held responsible for the number of cases they have successfully resolved and the number of cases they are turning into cures as opposed to the current state of affairs. And while practicing or researching medicine is not an easy task at any level, the end result is more people getting better. In an effort to improve the world and address the current health issue, I plan to extend an invitation to other practitioners to use the network platform as a teaching tool as well.

In order to advance as a Scholar and Researcher, I wish to enroll in Yale University as a Fellow Aspirant in 2025. There, I hope to do the most thorough analysis possible of my study and theory before presenting it to the public. I invite readers of Bold Journey to visit me @DoctorJessieLynn on all social media platforms, as well as www.DoctorJessieLynn.com and www.WomensHealingNetwork.com, if they would want to connect and learn more.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Resilience, intellect, and a clear passion for bettering humanity’s condition have all had a significant influence on my journey. Success, in my opinion, has come about because I never let anything stand in the way of responding to a call that is far bigger than myself. No matter how difficult things were on a personal level, they were never more pressing than my passion to help others and make the world the place that everyone deserves.

I don’t feel sorry for myself, as I frequently say; instead, I try my hardest to do everything in my ability to make my life, my daughter Ava Lynn’s life, and all of our lives together better. I’ve been able to get over challenges in life and I continue to be committed to working toward the goals that are deeply rooted in my soul.

Since we have all faced and conquered adversity, I think that everyone reading this has a similar story to mine. This makes us all strong and resilient. Our beauty is revealed in our work. The brilliant thing about this revelation is that greatness is what makes us capable of overcoming obstacles; in other words, brilliance draws adversity. If we can learn to walk with purpose more often than we worry about our own lives, we will all do our best to make things better and effect lasting change. Each of us must be prepared to answer the call and to give our all in service of something bigger than ourselves.   To answer the call and join our network, visit www.WomansHealingNetwork.com

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
