Meet Dr. Jordan Adrian

We recently connected with Dr. Jordan Adrian and have shared our conversation below.

Dr. Jordan, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I am a firm believer in making promises to yourself, but more importantly in keeping those promises.

The more you are able to trust yourself to do what you say that you will as well as identifying who are you as an individual first helps you show up more effectively for those who rely on you.

A big part of developing that consistency, discipline, and trust came as a result of playing sports and having teammates who rely on you to do your part growing up. Being a part of something you believe in that is bigger than yourself and establishing how you can contribute to that whole effectively goes a long way and is transferable to basically any setting where you are working as a team towards an established goal.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Professionally, I am focused on finding effective ways to reach and provide exceptional care and support to my audience of gym goers and active adults who looking to get back into the gym but need to overcome overcome pain and physical injury in order to do so both locally in Lakewood, Littleton, and Southwest Denver as well as worldwide.

The way we go about doing that in this era continues to evolve accelerated by the pandemic and changing consumer preferences and expectations.

People are looking more and more to on demand / accessible and personalized care focused on results and the experience around how they achieve those results and we aim to provide that!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Communication is key when it comes to reaching the people you hope to serve and gaining their trust takes time, patience, and a mindset of servitude.

Leveraging technology and learning ways to spread your message to more people in less time is critical and entirely possible through social media, email and text marketing, and larger events.

Clarity of focus and discipline related to developing a plan and executing effectively on it in an environment of constant distractions,

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Absolutely, one of the most effective ways to get your message out to the masses and exponentially increase impact is through partnership / collaboration with others on similar missions who are taking slightly different angles working with similar audiences of people is incredibly helpful.

I am always looking to cultivate these relationships and see where we can come together to better serve each other’s audiences.
