Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Dr. Kevin Sarich. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Dr. Kevin with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I’ve always believed that a strong work ethic is something you don’t just wake up with, it’s built through the examples you grow up around and the purpose you attach to your work.
For me, it started at home. I grew up in a single-parent household. My Dad was a sheet metal worker who provided for my brother and me. He worked day and night, often taking overtime or distant jobs, just to make sure we had what we needed.
Watching him sacrifice, stay consistent, and never complain made a huge impact on me. It showed me what real commitment looks like, doing what needs to be done, even when it’s hard, and doing it with pride.
That work ethic became the foundation of how I approach my life and my chiropractic career. Whether it’s helping a patient get out of pain, building a stronger team, or improving our systems at Abundant You Chiropractic & Wellness, I try to bring that same drive and dedication my dad showed every day.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m Dr. Kevin Sarich, owner and lead chiropractor at Abundant You Chiropractic & Wellness in Hilliard, Ohio. My journey into chiropractic care started with a passion for natural health and a deep curiosity about how the body heals itself when given the right conditions.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful chiropractic care can be — not just for relieving pain, but for transforming lives. At Abundant You, our focus goes beyond quick fixes. We specialize in corrective chiropractic care, using advanced techniques like Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP®), spinal decompression therapy, and scoliosis-specific rehabilitation (including the Schroth Method) to help patients correct the root cause of their issues — not just mask the symptoms.
What excites me most is seeing people regain hope. So many of our patients come in after trying everything else — medications, injections, even surgery — and they finally start to see lasting change. Watching someone stand taller, move better, and get back to living life fully is the best part of what I do.
We’ve also been expanding our reach to better serve surrounding communities like: Columbus, Dublin, Upper Arlington, and Grove City, and we’re continually adding new technologies and therapies to stay at the cutting edge of natural spine health. Our goal is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and live pain-free — naturally.
At the heart of it, Abundant You Chiropractic is about restoring hope, health, and function through corrective care, and empowering people to live the abundant life they were designed for.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Discipline.
Consistency beats intensity. You don’t need to be perfect — you just need to show up every day and do the work, even when you don’t feel like it. Running a business, taking care of patients, and leading a team all come down to staying consistent with the fundamentals. My advice: build daily habits that align with your goals, and protect them like they’re appointments with your future self.
2. Persistence.
There were many times early on when things didn’t go as planned — from long hours building the practice to moments of uncertainty. But I learned that persistence separates those who dream from those who make things happen. Success rarely comes overnight; it’s earned through showing up again and again. My advice: when you hit obstacles, see them as lessons, not roadblocks.
3. Purpose.
At the end of the day, you have to know why you’re doing what you do. For me, it’s helping people live better, naturally — without drugs or surgery. That purpose fuels my energy and keeps me motivated through the long days. My advice: take time to get clear on your “why.” When your purpose is bigger than your problems, you’ll find a way through anything.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
One book that’s had a major impact on my life and career is “The Compound Effect” by Darren Hardy.
It’s a simple concept, but powerful — the idea that small, consistent actions over time create massive results. That principle changed how I approached nearly everything: health, business, relationships, and personal growth.
As a chiropractor, I see that same truth play out every day. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — it’s the result of consistent effort, small corrections, and the right habits repeated over time. The same applies to building a successful practice or a meaningful life.
A few key takeaways that really stuck with me:
Success is built in the daily disciplines — not the big, flashy moments.
Momentum is everything. Once you start stacking wins, even small ones, progress accelerates.
Your environment matters. Surround yourself with people and habits that pull you forward instead of hold you back.
That book reminded me that consistency beats talent, and that real success is a long game — built one intentional choice at a time.
