Meet Dr Marlene Siegel

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dr Marlene Siegel. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dr Marlene below.

Hi Dr Marlene , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Was lucky to know one of my purposes from the start- being a veterinarian. But the story developed deeper when I was posed with the dilemma to save my horse (who had saved my daughters life). That began my journey into integrative medicine, determined to save this horses life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
After launching myself into integrative medicine in order to heal my horse, I incorporated all the strategies into my Small Animal practice and into my personal life and my family’s life. My horse is still alive and doing great and I have continued to expand my integrative skills and services. I now have some of the most advanced western medicine tools along with the most expansive integrative practice in the United States. Some of my practice specialties includes detoxification of the six organs of elimination (kidneys, Colon, lungs, liver, skin, lymphatics and fascia), photodynamic therapy (using various wave links of light intravenously to stimulate healing) and a special focus on the lymphatic and fascia system. I am passionate about teaching and empowering pet parents to learn how to help their pets live the longest healthiest life possible! I have on line courses and a store for supplements. Everything can be found at www.DrMarleneSiegel.com

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I have always been an “energizer bunny” with an abundance of joy and energy. Determined to succeed at all I do and find solutions where non have previously been discovered. After I was told my horse could not be helped and I should euthanize her, I vowed to NEVER tell a pet owner “there is nothing more than can be done”. Running out of things to do simply means we need to be more resourceful. There is ALWAYS something to do, especially when it comes to providing quality of life.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I will be launching S’paws Family Wellness Centers in 2024. These are detox centers for pets AND their 2 legged parents. This is a franchise so I will be looking for people that are passionate about making a huge positive impact on pet health and people health.
