Hi Dr. Paulette , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Finding my purpose has been a journey filled with self-discovery and exploration. It’s been a process of understanding myself, my passions, and what truly brings meaning to my life. Along the way, I’ve tried different things, pursued various interests, and reflected deeply on what resonates with me on a fundamental level.

One significant aspect of finding my purpose has been following the call from God. Throughout my journey, I’ve felt nudges, inspirations, and sometimes even gentle pushes in certain directions. These moments of divine guidance have often led me to experiences and opportunities that aligned with my deepest values and aspirations. Trusting in this guidance has been essential in navigating uncertainties and making choices that feel authentic and aligned with my spiritual beliefs.

Additionally, I’ve found that my purpose has evolved over time. What may have felt like my purpose in the past has shifted as I’ve grown and gained new experiences. Embracing this evolution and allowing myself the flexibility to adapt has been crucial in staying true to myself while navigating life’s twists and turns.

Ultimately, I believe that finding one’s purpose is an ongoing journey rather than a destination. It’s about staying curious, open-minded, and willing to explore new possibilities. And above all, for me, it’s about listening to your heart, listening to the God and honoring what truly lights you up from within.

Looking back, three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that have been most impactful in my journey are resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Resilience: Throughout my journey, I’ve faced numerous challenges and setbacks. Resilience has been crucial in bouncing back from these obstacles, staying focused on my goals, and persevering through difficult times. My advice for those early in their journey is to cultivate resilience by embracing failures as learning opportunities, maintaining a positive mindset, and seeking support from mentors or peers during tough times.

Adaptability: The ability to adapt to change has been essential in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of my journey. Whether it’s shifting market trends, unexpected obstacles, or personal growth, being adaptable has allowed me to pivot when necessary and seize new opportunities. To develop adaptability, I recommend embracing uncertainty, staying open to new experiences, and continuously refining your skills to stay relevant in your field.

Continuous Learning: Embracing a mindset of lifelong learning has been instrumental in my growth and success. Whether it’s acquiring new skills, staying updated on industry trends, or seeking out new perspectives, prioritizing continuous learning has empowered me to evolve and innovate in my journey. For those early in their journey, I advise cultivating a thirst for knowledge, seeking out mentors and resources to learn from, and staying curious about new ideas and perspectives.
