Meet Dr. Tangela Stoot

We were lucky to catch up with Dr. Tangela Stoot recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Tangela, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I got my resilience from watching my mom push through her pain and from my relationship with God. It was through having a relationship with him and a prayer life that keeps me pushing even when I want to quit.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am a mental health professional, a pastor, international motivational speaker, a life coach, and a non profit business owner. I am also an author. I am working on my second book and also another non profit in Africa.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Persistence, consistency, and determination. Everyone should develop these qualities along with keeping God first to do anything. With God, all things are possible when we totally submit to him and obey him.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I am looking for like minded people with a passion to help others overcome trauma and walk into their God given destiny. I am also looking for sponsors to help my vision grow and be successful.
