Meet Dre Steinberg

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Dre Steinberg. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Dre, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
In order to keep my creativity alive, I spend a lot of time doing research on popular trends, utilizing social media apps like TikTok Instagram YouTube as well as staying connected and involved in the younger generation. I teach STEM program for middle school and high school students( http://designedtoconquer.com/wearable-art-program ) that are eager to learn the digital design processes as a means for them to generate revenue for themselves. Working with young students allows for me to stay ahead of my competitors when it comes to popular trend popular sounds, and it allows for me to share my knowledge as well as learn from these amazing young people.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m Dre’,

Adobe Certified Visual Artist, and Founder of Design To Conquer, LLC. I started this business during COVID, after I losing my job and being isolated from family and friends I really struggled to find my purpose. One of the affirmations that I used during this time was, I am Designed To Conquer. This ultimately helped me regain my confidence and purpose. Fast forward – I am now working along side amazing entrepreneurs helping to conquer their industry.

As a visual storyteller, I collaborate with founders to define and master their own compelling brand stories. I have spent over a decade honing my skills across multiple industries from finance to fashion.

My philosophy is simple: every brand has a unique and individual story – I am here to elevate it.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
As I continue my journey towards making an impact through design, some of the things I learned along the way that I felt were vital were communication skills, being able to articulate and express your ideas as well as help others translate their vision. Secondly, time management and utilizing the amount of time needed to complete a task, refresh and relax yourself as well as research. The last I would say is reading – reading is important, researching and finding pieces of literature that exist that will help stimulate your mind as well as aid you in your development are crucial I love to read and learn new things.

I believe in giving back so I offer free resources that will help new entrepreneurs in their journey. Whether that is finding out how to structure your business from the LLC, S Corp. or sole proprietor, helping with getting business bank account information acquired. I also provide information to non-graphic business owner, so I show how to improve your websites. I have downloadable brand guides that help business owners work on their own, without having to feel, overwhelmed, and out of place with the lack of design skills.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
I’m on a mission to empower businesses with the tools to conquer the creative challenges I believe in producing design solutions that leave lasting impression on your audience.

We partner with small businesses who value time and professionalism, looking to solve creative issues in order to enhance their business. Choosing Designed To Conquer means partnering with a creative agency that puts your business growth at the forefront.
