Now, let’s go out there and cultivate a creative mindset that will shape a vibrant and innovative future.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m a multi-talented individual based in Columbus, Ohio – a film director, event planner, and photographer. I’m also currently a student at Ohio State University.

Recently, I’ve been working on expanding my expertise in the film industry. Specifically, I’ve become more involved in the production process and have started building a production crew company “Film World Motions” to create feature films, live events, and much more. I’m thrilled at the prospect of what this expansion might bring to the film world, and I can’t wait to share the incredible results with my clients.

In the near future, I’m planning to host live screenings of some of my team’s best work. I am excited to provide an opportunity for audiences to admire the hard work and dedication put forth by my incredible team. With my experience in event planning, I know how to create an excellent atmosphere for a screening that will amplify the impact of the films we’ve produced.

Overall, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to hone my skills in these areas while also pursuing my education. I’m passionate about my work, and I’m excited to continue expanding my production crew company, creating new and exciting projects, and working towards achieving my goals in the film industry.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Perseverance: The ability to persevere through challenges and setbacks is crucial. It’s important to stay focused on your goals and keep pushing forward, even when faced with obstacles. Develop a resilient mindset that allows you to learn from failures and continue growing. My advice for those early in their journey is to embrace failures and setbacks as learning opportunities. Instead of getting discouraged, use these experiences to fuel your determination to succeed. Surround yourself with a support network of mentors, peers, or like-minded individuals who can motivate and encourage you along the way.

Continuous Learning: The journey is a constant learning experience. Stay curious and commit to lifelong learning. Seek out opportunities to expand your knowledge, whether it’s through workshops, courses, reading, or networking with industry professionals. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in your field.
My advice is to create a personal development plan and set aside dedicated time for learning. Make it a habit to carve out moments each day to gain new knowledge and hone your skills. Take advantage of online resources, attend relevant conferences or events, and connect with others in your field to share insights and learn from their experiences.

Adaptability: In any journey, adaptability is key. The world is constantly changing, and being able to adapt to new situations, technologies, and expectations is essential for long-term success. Be open-minded, flexible, and willing to step outside of your comfort zone.
My advice is to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth. Seek out experiences that push you beyond your limits and force you to adapt. Embrace change as a chance to evolve and improve. Surround yourself with diverse perspectives and be willing to listen and learn from others.

In summary, developing and improving these qualities of perseverance, continuous learning, and adaptability will set early journeyers on a path to success. Embrace challenges, never stop learning, and be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of your chosen field. Remember that the journey is as important as the destination, and enjoy the process of growth and self-discovery along the way.
