Meet E.l.e.m.n.t.

We were lucky to catch up with E.l.e.m.n.t. recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have E.L.E.M.N.T. with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

Growing up in NYC in the 90’s & 2000’s you learn very quickly the concept of “swim or sink” A city that operates 24 hours a day, the work ethic is ingrained. Success is only achieved with that mindset due to the fierce competition in every facet of the NY life. Another motivating factor are the great rewards from your hard work. Results are real, fun and life-changing. You develop so many good work habits that help you along the way in life.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am a child of Hip Hop, from the city where it was all created. My hip hop life started early as I fell in love with the music, the culture, fashion, community, and slang. I was most inspired by the people who created the feeling, the grooves, the sound waves. The DJ was instrumental but even more so was the music producer. Brilliant producers like DJ Premier, Large Professor, Dr. Dre, A Tribe Called Quest, Pete Rock, Roc Marciano, Alchemist and Just Blaze to name a few, I learned the music production craft from the best and just wanted to make great contributions to the culture. I have the honor of currently working with two hip hop legends Knowledge the Pirate & Roc Marciano. They are two of the creators of the new NY hip hop sound. We provide the avid hip hop music fan with the authentic improved sound they love from the golden era. Koncrete Jungle Muzic/TreasureChest Entertainment is the brand. Our affiliation is with our brother Roc Marciano’s imprint “Pimpire International/Roc Nation” we will be releasing two new projects in 2025 thru the Roc Nation

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Persistence, having a pure heart (not money-oriented) and learning the business correctly were most the impactful. My advice is to be fearless, be your authentic self, develop good collaborative skills, love what you do, be a light for positivity, have faith and always remain humble. I also have a new hip hop project coming in 2025 with Arizona’s own, the great hip hop artist Teek Hall I’m definitely excited about that.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Looking for Major Record label executives, music placement agents, music promoters, music festivals, music equipment brands, podcasts, social media/internet music websites.
