Growing up in Albania, I faced many challenges, but I always knew that I wanted more for myself. Moving to the U.S. was a leap of faith—leaving behind everything I knew for the chance to build a better life. Real estate became my path because it offered both the flexibility to care for my family and the opportunity to create something meaningful from scratch.
Through the years, I’ve learned that my purpose isn’t just about success in business. It’s about overcoming the obstacles that life throws at you, pushing past fear, and showing my child that no dream is too big if you’re willing to work for it. Every setback has made me stronger and clearer on why I do what I do: to build a legacy of resilience, empowerment, and financial freedom. That’s my purpose—creating a better life for my family while helping others do the same.

I’m Greek Albanian and I am a real estate agent based in New York, and what I love most about my work is the opportunity to help people find not just a property, but a place they can truly call home. Real estate has been a transformative journey for me—it’s more than just a career; it’s a way to create stability and build lasting relationships. Every day is different, whether I’m working with first-time homebuyers, helping families upgrade, or guiding investors looking to make smart decisions. It’s the mix of people, problem-solving, and the constant learning that keeps me excited.
What I feel is most special about real estate is the ability to be part of someone’s journey to a new chapter in their life. The joy and satisfaction I see in my clients when they find the right property is what motivates me to give my best every day.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, I believe the three most impactful qualities that helped me on my journey were determination, self-belief, and a strong work ethic. Coming to New York and starting from scratch, I had to stay focused on my goals and never give up, even when things felt difficult. My advice to those early in their journey is to first and foremost believe in themselves. Once you have that confidence, others will believe in you too. If you can show your clients that you are committed and trustworthy, they’ll feel confident letting you guide them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Building that trust is everything in this business.
Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
My mom and my daughter are my greatest source of strength. Without their support, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my goals. My mom always encourages and believes in me, which motivates me to strive for more. I also feel incredibly fortunate to have a dedicated real estate team and a close-knit group of friends who continuously push me to reach my aspirations. I am truly grateful for each of them and their unwavering support.
