Meet Elena Shramko

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Elena Shramko. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Elena below.

Elena , we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

Confidence often grows when you become more skilled. In the jewelry business, learning about materials, design techniques, and market trends can boost your self-assurance. The more you understand your craft, the more you trust your ability to create and sell.
In the jewelry business, developing a strong personal brand is essential. It could be your unique style, your story, or the quality of your products. When you stand behind your work and can confidently communicate its value, that self-esteem follows.
Viewing mistakes as learning opportunities can help someone grow more confident in their resilience and ability to adapt, rather than allowing failures to hurt their self-worth.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Being a jewelry brand owner requires a combination of creative, business, and interpersonal skills.

As a jewelry brand owner, you need to have a distinct design style or concept that sets you apart from others. Whether it’s a unique aesthetic, materials, or a meaningful story behind your pieces, creativity drives the brand’s identity and appeal.
Offering a personalized experience for customers, such as custom-designed pieces, resizing, or engraving services. Providing excellent customer service and building relationships through loyalty programs or follow-up engagement could be key to grow a nice business in a jewelry industry.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I would say creativity and design, business acumen, marketing and also a personal influence.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

I can recommend a few books that really impacted me as a human being and business owner.
1) “Mind Power” by John Kehoe
2) “Art History” by Michael King
3) “Zero Limits” by Joe Vitale
