Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Elena Soboleva. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Elena, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I think my purpose found me the moment I stopped pretending I had it all figured out.
For years, I was chasing all the things I thought I should want — success, visibility, freedom. I moved from Russia to the U.S. in my twenties, built businesses, reinvented myself more times than I can count… but underneath the hustle, I felt a quiet ache. Like I was meant for more, but I couldn’t quite name it.
The truth is, I didn’t find my purpose in a business plan or a big breakthrough. I found it in the moments I felt the most lost — the pivots, the breakdowns, the seasons where I burned it all down just to start again, closer to who I really was.
It was through inner work, spiritual tools like Human Design and astrology, and a lot of honest reflection that I started to connect the dots. I realized I’m here to help other women come home to themselves. To express their truth, build brands that feel like an extension of their soul, and step into their power — not the performative kind, but the real, grounded, magnetic kind.
Today, that’s exactly what I do. I help women create businesses and personal brands that reflect who they truly are — not just what they think they have to be. And to me, that’s purpose: using your voice, your story, and your presence to change the world — starting from within.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I’m Elena Soboleva, the founder of Magnetically Her™ — a coaching and personal brand mentorship platform for women who are done hiding and ready to step into their power, voice, and visibility.
After years of running businesses behind the scenes, from marketing agencies to consulting, I realized the deeper work I was here to do wasn’t just strategy, it was transformation. My true calling is helping women remember who they are, own their story, and build brands and businesses that actually feel like them.
Today, I work with women entrepreneurs, creatives, and coaches to help them build aligned personal brands, clarify their message, and create soulful visibility strategies that attract opportunities, clients, and confidence without burning out or becoming someone they’re not. I use a mix of strategy, somatic work, and spiritual tools like astrology and Human Design to help my clients create businesses rooted in both authenticity and magnetism.
What excites me most is watching women come alive in their truth. When they realize their story is their superpower, and that they don’t have to follow a script to be successful, everything shifts. And I live for that moment.
Right now, I’m focused on expanding The FoundHER Circle, a monthly mastermind experience I host for women entrepreneurs to connect, get clear, and stay accountable. I’m also launching a signature workshop series and building my first AI-powered coaching tool based on my H.E.R. Method™ — a framework I created to help women Harmonize, Express, and Rise.
This isn’t just about branding or business. It’s about becoming the woman you came here to be.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, the three things that shaped my journey the most weren’t just technical skills, but inner shifts that changed everything:
1. Self-trust.
Learning to trust myself. My vision, my timing, and my voice has been the foundation of everything I’ve built. There were so many moments I didn’t feel ready, qualified, or “enough.” But the truth is, clarity comes from action. You become confident by doing. If you’re just starting out, my advice is: trust your inner knowing more than the outside noise. Start before you’re ready and you’ll figure it out as you go.
2. Storytelling.
Your story is your superpower. For a long time, I thought I had to hide parts of myself to be taken seriously. My messy moments, the reinventions, and the doubts. But once I started sharing honestly, people connected. They saw themselves in me. Whether you’re building a brand or a business, learn how to communicate your story in a way that feels true to you. It’s what makes you memorable and magnetic.
3. Emotional regulation.
This one’s not sexy, but it’s a game-changer. Entrepreneurship will test every part of you, especially your nervous system. I had to learn how to hold the highs and lows without making it mean something about my worth. Practices like breathwork, somatics, and nervous system regulation helped me show up with clarity instead of chaos. If you want to grow something sustainable, this inner work matters just as much as your strategy.
My advice? Start with who you are. Build your skills, but also build your capacity. The most powerful brand you can create is the one that reflects your true self, and that starts with doing the inner work, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client is a woman who knows she’s meant for more, not in a flashy, performative way, but in a deep, soul-level kind of way. She’s smart, driven, and multi-passionate… but maybe she’s feeling stuck, unclear, or like she’s outgrown the version of success she was told to chase.
She’s likely in a season of transition or expansion, building or evolving her brand, stepping into more visibility, or wanting to create a business that actually feels like her. She’s not looking for cookie-cutter strategies or hustle culture. She’s looking for clarity, alignment, and a new way of doing business, the one that honors her energy, her values, and her voice.
She’s open to mindset work, emotionally intelligent, and willing to go deep, but she also wants results. She desires strategy with soul, and systems with softness. A brand that feels alive and magnetic because it’s rooted in who she really is.
What makes her ideal isn’t where she’s at, but it’s that she’s ready. Ready to be seen, to show up fully, and to do the inner and outer work required to create something meaningful, sustainable, and successful on her terms.
If that’s you, I’d be honored to support your next chapter.
