Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Elijah Howard. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Elijah, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
I keep my creativity alive, by have a moments to myself! Moments to think, moments to Dream, moments to Manifest! And most importantly moments to rest. I feel like creativity is endless, traveling different parts of the world can inspire creativity, listening to different music, trying new foods. But for me creativity sparks more during my alone time.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
My Name is Elijah Howard, I’m a Movie Director/Musician! I tell stories through my Music and Movies/Tv Shows. Which sparks up the conversation of Writing. Yes, I write all of the own songs, Novels, Stories, etc. The most exciting part about it all is seeing how it resonates with so many people in the world. I strive to be very artistic and show my supporters or fans. Who exactly is Elijah Howard? What is he Trying to leave behind in terms of his Legacy? what does he want us to get out of this? And my answer would be to Simply Believe in Yourself. Never give up. Possibilities are endless. That’s what I want to give. Whether it’s through music, movies, or art.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
One quality I will say that you will need on this journey, is the ability to listen. Not everyone is out to get you and not everyone is “Hating” sometimes you will learn when you close your mouth. Not all the time, but for the most part Majority of the time. It’s OK to listen, and just because you’re listening doesn’t mean what you’re listening to is correct. It just means you can now decipher what is true.
A skill that I can say that you need to have as well is communication. Communication is very important whether it’s in a job, friendships, relationships, etc having communication just makes everything much more understandable, and everyone is always on the same page. There won’t be any level of disconnect and if there is then there’s a lack of communication.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
In this very moment, I’m not looking for collaborations. I would love to collaborate for sure when I find someone on the same energy wavelength. I always ask them first. So if you ever see any collaborations that I’ve done, I definitely asked them. I’m not opposed to collaborating so if someone hits me up to collaborate, I will definitely be open to it, and talk to them to get to understand more before doing the Big Collab!
