Elisabetta, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.

I persist because I know how much I value and I see the results. I know that even if I’m starting something new that everyone is saying that won’t work , my efforts will make it grow and best times will arrive where everyone will recognize who I am and what I’ve done

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am an international wedding planner with a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations around the globe. While I’ve planned countless weddings for foreign couples in Italy, I’m eager to expand my reach and bring my expertise to new destinations like India, Dubai, France, New York, and beyond. Although 90% of my clients are currently from the USA, I’m excited to connect with couples from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

What I love most about my work is the incredible people I meet every year. Each couple brings a unique story, culture, and set of traditions, and I’m constantly inspired by their journeys, families, and dreams. Exploring new cities, discovering breathtaking venues, collaborating with local vendors, and embracing fresh challenges with every wedding makes my career deeply rewarding.

Looking ahead, I aim to take my brand global by partnering with an international firm or launching innovative tools like a wedding planning app or website. The future is full of possibilities, and I can’t wait to continue creating magical experiences for couples worldwide.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

My qualities are modesty, competitiveness, and a touch of stubbornness—qualities that drive me to excel. My advice? Give up on anything you don’t truly enjoy, even if it pays well. No amount of money can compensate for the sadness of wasting your time on something unfulfilling.

If you don’t love what you’re doing, you’ll never be the best at it. Success requires passion, and without it, your energy and potential are misplaced. So, give up as soon as you can and redirect your focus toward what you genuinely want to do. Life is too short to settle for less than your dreams.
