Elise , so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.
Staying creative is truly a lifestyle for me! I pull inspiration from everything around me fashion trends, bold colors, black culture, and even my amazing clients. Whether I’m styling a vibrant colored wig or designing a new graphic tee, I love pushing boundaries and keeping things fresh. I also make time to step back and play, experimenting with new looks, textures, and marketing ideas just for fun. Creativity flows best when I allow myself to just go for it, take risks, and always remember why I started Majestic Hair & Accessories in the first place, to help people feel confident, bold, and one-of-a-kind!

I’m the founder and my husband and I are the creative force behind Majestic Hair & Accessories, where beauty meets confidence and creativity! I started this journey out of a genuine love for helping people express themselves through hair and lashes. What began as a simple hustle has grown into a full-blown beauty brand that offers premium wigs, bundles, and lashes—plus bold accessories like graphic tees, hats, tumblers, and more. Everything I create is designed to help my customers feel majestic—from head to toe.
What excites me the most is the transformation. There’s something powerful about watching someone put on a wig or a lash set and instantly light up. My brand isn’t just about beauty products—it’s about confidence, self-expression, and showing up as your most powerful self every day.
I also love being hands-on with my brand. From curating new wig styles to creating eye-catching marketing content, I stay deeply involved in every part of the creative and business process. That connection keeps the passion alive!
Right now, I’m focused on expanding our wig collections—especially fun, colorful styles for the summer—as well as continuing our hot $50 bob wig sale featuring our popular “Peaches” collection. There’s also more in store with new lash styles and upcoming pop-up events, so stay tuned!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, the top three things that shaped my journey were consistency, creativity, and confidence. Staying consistent helped me build trust and momentum. Creativity kept my brand fresh and fun. And confidence—believing in myself—was the fuel behind it all.
My biggest advice? Start where you are, use what you have, and don’t wait for perfect. Every expert was once a beginner—just keep going and growing!
What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
Over the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been learning how to fully step into my role as both a CEO and educator. I’ve always had the creative vision, but this year I’ve truly sharpened my business mindset—getting more strategic with marketing, systems, and customer experience. I’ve also grown as a mentor, launching my lash training manual and offering virtual classes to help aspiring lash techs start strong and feel supported.
This growth didn’t just happen behind the scenes—it’s reflected in my confidence, how I show up for my brand, and how I connect with my clients and students. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and even more excited about where I’m headed!
