We were lucky to catch up with Elizabeth Hall recently and have shared our conversation below.
Elizabeth, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
Growing up, I was surrounded by a family that believed in the power of positivity. My parents taught me to always see the positive side in any situation. Their unwavering support and ability to find the silver linings in the most trying times instilled in me that I believe that there’s always a way forward, no matter how daunting the path may seem. My dad always taught me to look in the mirror and say nice positive things about to myself. Because it all starts with you. He was right.
But my optimism isn’t solely inherited – it’s cultivated daily. I find inspiration in a lot of people that I’ve sought out from books, to podcasts to daily inspirational emails that I’ve signed up for. I consider it continued education for the soul.
Nature, too, is my inspiration for my optimism. The trees blowing in the wind, or how a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, shows the potential for growth and beauty.
My optimism gave me the ability to start my latest business eeze Natural Health. It gave me the confidence to create a health supplement called Travel-eeze that helps with vacation constipation. It’s all natural safe ingredients that help you stay regular so you can go when on the go! My optimism also gave me the confidence to start my own podcast called “The Gusty Babe with Liz Hall” The word gutsy has many meanings from listening to your gut, to healing your gut and being gusty in life and having faith and optimism to put yourself out there to encourage others that if I can do you can do it too!
My optimism also draws from the connections I’ve formed with friends and my community. Seeing the impact of kindness, empathy, and collaboration reminds me that we are all interconnected. Being kind can create a ripple effect of positive changes.
Through all the highs and lows, my optimism remains unshaken because it’s a deep understanding that even in the face of adversity, there is an opportunity to learn, grow and create something better. It’s a belief that you have the potential to shape a brighter future for yourself. I have a hopeful spirit and unwavering optimism.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m Elizabeth Hall, roughly 20 years ago, I I began my quest to resolve my own issues with constipation My constipation was even worse when I traveled. Over-the-counter remedies didn’t help and I struggled with their side effects. I finally had enough. After extensive research, my passion for natural fixes to heal my gut has led me to educate people on alternative solutions that are both safe and effect. I created a supplement called Travel-eeze using natural ingredients such as flaxseed, vitamin C, magnesium, and cascara–a safe and natural alternative to drugstore laxatives. Travel-eeze has made me fall in love with traveling again. I can eat, drink and enjoy myself without giving constipation a second thought. I hope to bring relief to you so that you can enjoy life and go when on the go!
I was excited to share the launch of eezenaturalehealth.com. You will be able to purchase your very own Travel-eeze supplement to help you stay regular when traveling. I plan to add Daily-eeze supplement that will help you stay regular on the regular in the coming months. We are very excited about growing our product options.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities that were most impactful for my journey when it comes to creating eeze Natural Health
Market Research: I experienced constipation most of my life and became my own guinea pig. I sought out a solution to my problem for myself. However, its important to conduct a comprehensive market research to identify trends, target demographics and competitors will help you tailor your product and strategies effectively.
Business Planning: Developing a solid business plan that outlines your business goals, marketing strategies, financial projections, and risk management strategies is crucial for long-term success. It’s not my strong suit but I asked for help from my family and friends for developing a solid business plan.
Marketing and Branding: Skills in branding, digital marketing, and social media engagement are vital for reaching your target audience and creating a distinct brand identity in a competitive market. I’m learning daily on the ever evolving social media plant forms. It’s curial in today’s world for business. I hope this helps and everyday is a continued learning experience.
Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
The bible has played an important role in my development and it is full of impactful wisdom. Perfectionism paralyzes potential. God has always used imperfect people in imperfect situations to accomplish his will.
Ecclesiastes 11:4 says, “If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done”. In spite of your problems, doubts, or fears, trust God and start moving in the direction of your dream.
