“Honestly, I get my optimism from the people and projects I surround myself with. I love collaborating with creative, driven people — it’s hard not to feel hopeful when you’re building things together that didn’t exist before. I’ve always believed in finding joy in the process, not just the outcome.”

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
If I only had a decade left, I’d spend it surfing, traveling, hanging out with my dog — and doing all the things I’ve been a little scared to shine my light on. I think most of us hold back in small ways, and I’d want those ten years to be about showing up fully — for myself, for the people I love, and for the things that make me feel alive.
